Abstract—The ”Task Tracking System” is a window-based [width=2.5in]ieeel ogo

web application, serving as an interface between users and the
Admin. Effective management and technical support are crucial
for the success of large-scale projects, involving tasks like activity
plan generation, construction of activity networks, and project
monitoring.

In the globalized world, task performance is the backbone
of industries. Companies compete by adopting existing tech-
nologies to save time and reduce paperwork.

In today’s fast-paced world, tracking tasks and respon-
sibilities is a challenge, leading to missed deadlines and
reduced productivity. The project proposes a web-based Task
Tracker Management system to add, edit, delete, mark tasks
as complete or incomplete, streamlining task management for
better organization and productivity.

• Establish runtime qualities for the system based on user
categories.
• Focus on creating what administrators want, aligning with
their values and concerns.
