need your member account number, along with your account PIN, when you call us.
If you opted for mail confirmation, you’ll receive a letter containing your account PIN via mail within 7
to 10 business days. For security reasons, we mail this letter in a plain, white envelope.
If you opted for digital confirmation, visit psecu.com/appstatus to access PIN documents.

If you ordered a debit card, it will arrive in a plain, white envelope within approximately two
weeks. Checks will arrive separately.

You use self-service unlock to reset forgotten passwords – also requires your username

If you decide to change your PIN in the future, you can change it yourself using digital
banking. Navigate to Profiles & Setting and select Change PIN. You can also change your PIN
using our self-service Telephone Banking. Call 800.237.7328, select option 1, enter your
member number and PIN, then select More Options. For security reasons, please do not
choose a PIN that is easily identifiable with you, such as your birth date or any part of your
Social Security number.
