Introduction
During this section, we will learn the very first important
steps to build your social media marketing agency. Even
though we call it social media marketing agency, but it also
includes a major part which is about the internet and digital
marketing.

We are not going to use all social media channels for every
business, but it is important to know what are they for and
where we have to use them. For example, maybe you don’t
need to use Pinterest for a dentist. We are going to learn
more about social media channels below.

Depending on the type of each business, you have to create
a plan on how and when you are going to use each social
media channel. As we go forward we will learn more about
planning.
Business model
It is important to know which way you have to go to build
your agency, what are the steps and general plan for your
business structure.

• $1k – $5k /month
• Cancel anytime policy
• Local/online
• Start with giving audit
• Grow their business
• Try as many people as you can

• Email marketing

You will learn about all of these channels inside this course.
We will spend some time practicing so you can master them
all and get ready for the real world.
Starting a social media marketing agency has 3 major steps
right at the beginning which are
1- Name
2- Company Structure
3- Site
Name your agency
The first step we have to take is to find a name for your
company. Actually it is better to select 2 names for your
business. These names are for:
1. Legal name of your company
2. DBA = doing business as
It is suggested to select 2 different names for many reasons.
For example later you can easily change your DBA but
changing the legal name of the company is much harder.
Also there are some important tips you should consider
while you are looking for a suitable name which are:
• You can use your initial + holding/ventures for the legal
name of your company.
• Do not name your company after yourself, because you
can not sell it later.
• Name your DBA after your niche (we will learn more
about selecting a niche during the next couple of
chapters).
• If your DBA point to what you do, you already won half
the battle.
• Show reward in your DBA
Also when you are looking for a name you should also think
about a common username on all social media platforms,
for example:
• instagram.com/sameusername
• facebook.com/sameusername
• youtube.com/sameusername
This way people can find you much easier. You can also
follow this rule later for your clients. There is a great tool
which help you check all channels for available username
which is namechk.com . You can write down the username
your are looking for and it will show you in which platforms it
is available.
After you have selected the right domain for your agency, it
is highly suggested to get the same domain with other
endings like .org or .net . The reason is that first of all
others don’t take it and second maybe later you needed to
do something else and you can use those domains.
When you want to purchase your domain there are some
other options when you want to check out. One of them is to
make your information private so this way people can’t find
out who is the owner of that domain. Some times people will
find you and bother you by contacting over and over. More
privacy is always better.
13. Introduction to Facebook marketing & ads
Facebook marketing and ad strategies that will make money.
So in this section we will focus on Facebook marketing and some
powerful strategies in Facebook ads
that will bring customers real customers to any businesses.
All right.
So let's take a look at what we are going to learn here.
First of all we take we will take a look at different type of Facebook ads.
For those of you who are at the beginner estate many will focus on ads
that make money in this part.
It's going to be a very long lecture I think because we aren't going to
learn a lot of amazing stuff
in this part.
Then we will learn more about how to get 1000 targeted emails with
Facebook ads and after that they
learn Facebook offers how we will learn more about viral video a
strategy.
And finally retargeting.

14. Facebook ad fundamentals

So normally when you come here you don't have any account.
You don't have any add account or fan pages and so on.
So what you have to do you have to connect your this business
manager to your fan pages and to your
ad accounts.
So what you have to do you have to come here and click on business
settings another page will open.
And here you can add more people to this business.
I can't or have partners on the left side we have this menu.
For example here you have pages you can add more pages to this
business account and then we have add
icons.
This is the one that we are looking for.
So you have to create an ad as a retirement account.
So you have to come here click on Add account and then click on Add
and select create a new add account
then you have to add follow these steps add the information which
Facebook needs and then you will have
your add account and you're more or less ready to create your ad on
Facebook.
But before that there are some other stuff here that you can go through
them.
For example here you have instagram icons you can connect Instagram
icons that you want to this business
add business add account and there are other things here like payments
security center and so on.
So the next thing that you have to do is add billing settings.

select payments
and add a payment method to your account.

So these are the general steps that you have to take to be ready to
create your first ad for any pages
that you want to do marketing for.

So I wanted to combine this two lectures at the beginning but I have

the next one is going to be very aligned with it and it has a lot of details.
So I decided to separate the first couple of steps you need to take
before you create the ads with the
one that we actually create them.

game for you.

16. Advanced strategies for ad set
So let's begin creating our Facebook ads and learn the steps that we
have to take along the way.

So this way I will focus my ad on the main targeted audiences of my
business.

Maybe you have a business maybe you want to do marketing for a
business in the United States but for

going to use interest.

For example I wanted to create an ad for food and drinks so I will open it

with this age range.
Now what we have to do is to add all of these lists and you can click and
see more.
All of these lists to the first one right here.
Now pay attention that anything above.
You see there is a affinity number here.

If you're F.A. number is over 25.
It's a perfect match for your ads.
All right.
So here we have six hundred and if it come down.
There are a lot of pages that we want to target.
So you see until here 25 you can sometimes go a little bit down but
more than 25 is sweet match for
your ads.

So all you have to do is to come here in audience insights add the
information and find these pages
and target them.
All right.

Let's go for the next part which is the placement.
Now normally it is on automatic placement which is recommended but it
is not recommended.
So Facebook generally put it on this one because they want to make
more money and you have to edit the
placements.
For example the ad that you are going to create it must fit for Instagram.
We don't we are not going to target that right now audience network.
We will not target that messenger.
We will not target that.
And also here there are a lot of PAS for example stories marketplace
and so on the one that I recommend
mostly is Facebook feed because generally it will bring them more
results.
So we selected the placement and then we have the budget and the
schedule.
Now here you have to optimize your ad based on what you exactly want
here.
For example it is on a link clicks.
So based on the people who click on your link you will pay for that.
You can pay for impression.
You can pay for a landing page view and so on.

You can add how much you are willing to pay for Perry click or put or
don't write it.

People can go left and right and see different images or see different

image and single video are the most popular one.
And myself I receive most of my results from this one.
Now there is an interesting option here.
So when you turn it on Facebook will suggest you different kind of
different templates for creating
your ad.
So let's take a look at these templates and each of them has different
use.
So there are some benefits of using these kind of templates or you can
build your own.
So let's take a look at this one.
When people click on your ad they see something like this.
So here it is this is a sample they will see some images some takes
about it they can see more by going
left and right and right at the end you can have your call to action to
direct your user your audience
to the next step.
OK.
So this is very useful you can for example add a contact form at the end.
So when they see your ad and they come down they write down the e-
mail and their name.
For example let's say you want to capture e-mail leads Facebook can
also have another form for this
purpose.
You can add an e-mail.
People click on your ad and they see something like this they have to
write down their e-mail.
And the full name and then submit and they will be they will be added to
your email list later we will
learn more how you can connect an e-mail list to your Facebook.
But these are some templates that exist here that you can use.
But right now we are not going to use them.
We are just trying to create a normal simple ad on Facebook which will
bring results.
So after you selected a single image or single video under it you have to
upload the images or the videos
that you have.
There are some information about what kind of image or what kind of
video you have to upload the format
the size and so on.
It exists here but the simplest way is to use another platform which is
very useful and you can create
your ad very quickly.
Now you can use the if you are professional in this topic.
If you are good at creating nice images or editing videos you can do
that.
But here there is a very popular platform that a lot of people use and you
can do the same.
And that is convert that can convert itself has very good tutorial about
how you can use this.
I suggest you to learn how to use this platform is really useful.

some food some cookies or some
cakes and give this to the people who are hungry and so on.
You can create these kinds of videos but in general it has to be
connected.
There must be a connection.
Don't share this for example.
Your business is about electronics and show videos about food for
example don't need go that direction
because the result that we are going to receive you won't receive it that
way.
Then you must have the video file on your piece your or your laptop.
The thing is that what you are talking about it's not sharing a link of a
video on Facebook.
You have to actually have to upload the video or the video files and you
can use some generic videos
which don't have any license.
All right.
So let's say the business that you are working with they don't have the
ability to create a video.
They don't have the budget to create a video like this for this kind of ad.
What you have to do online you can find tons of videos that they don't
have any license and you can.
You can use them for free.
All right.
All you need to do is to either do it yourself or find someone who makes
the videos.
All right.
So let's watch a great example from 1997.
And in that time even though that there was no marketing like exists
today Steve Jobs managed to do

And if you can create something like this today it's going to change any

videos from without license
from anywhere and we'd just normal music and a voiceover.
And I think most companies can accomplish something like this today.
Right.
So this is not something crazy or very expensive to create.
Even you can do this yourself.
There is a software that you can use
which is very very powerful for video editing but it is not so professional
or advanced.
Okay.
If you have absolutely zero knowledge of video editing this software is
going to help you alot.
It's very easy to work with.
You can watch a video a simple tutorial on youtube for 10 minutes and
start using the software quickly.
I also edit my videos of this course of these lectures.
I edit them with contagion right.
So we are spending a couple of days learning and practicing how to use
Campagna.
You can easily create some video like this that make some generic
videos add music ovary and video speak
over right someone to speak about something something like that.
It's very simple to do.
Now this was just an example.
You can search more for it.
You can come up with other ideas.
I just made a suggestion here to make your work a little bit easier.
Alright so that was all about the first step.
Then what you have to do you have to publish the video on Facebook
and if you have anything your in
your mind to write a caption You Can Do It.
If not it doesn't matter.

These five countries for my ad now write the keywords connected to the
video and your business use suggestions
until it's reached the 10 up to 20 million people.
OK so if you remember at the right side of your ad it shows how many
people you can reach with this
ad.
It should be something within 10 to 20 million and then you want to
select the keywords you select for
example write down 5 10 keywords and click on Search in front of it.
There is awards written suggestions right click on suggestions and it will
suggest you other keywords
connected to what you have written down.
Then after that you have to select feet page for the placement.
So don't go after the side columns or other marketplace or other things
like that.
So just show your video on the feed page.
Now the thing is that I don't think I wrote it down here.
When you create an ad for the feed page and your ad is a video the
thing is that people when they are
scrolling down when they see your video they don't hear any sound from
it.
Sorry.
Take this out.
They don't hear any sound from it.
Okay so the thing is that your video must have subtitle under the case or
when they're scrolling down
they see it right there.
They will.
They should be able to read the first couple of seconds and if it attracts
them then alright I am going
to click on this video and oh it is a nice video.
Right.
So try to add a caption subtitle for your video.
The next thing is that select set the pricing set the budget five dollar a
day and let it run.
Now the result per view has to be less than 1 cent if you run your ad and
after one or two days you
see that it is more than this number.
The price of one single way you stop your ad change so things inside it
maybe edit and maybe change
the intro of your video maybe change the way you created your ad
change the keyword change the location
work with these things until it's go under 1 cent now.
Before I mentioned 3 0 clock.
Our goal here is to reach to this number right.
Per View.
We have to expand this number or less per view.
Now how we can get to this.
The thing is that as you run the ad over the time when people like your
ad when people like you a video
they will share it.
Let's say I see a video.
You created an ad you uploaded that video and I see it and I like it.
So I share it.
I like it.
I leave a comment maybe and I share it on my feet on my profile.
And then let's say I have 500 friends and from those five hundred fifty of
them saw the video.
Right.
So simply with one single view you added 50 other views straight.
Right.
So the way that you have to calculate so you can be able to get to this
number is that you have to consider
organic views as well.

So you have to calculate this and see.
Right.
This the video had for example 100000 views till now.
And the span for example sixty dollar fifty dollar.
Right.
You have to make the calculation yourself.
Now the third step is the part that we actually perceive result.
So when you see that your video is responding very good and the
numbers are looking good.
You can add a caption to your video right the post right.
For example one or two lines above it.
And direct people to a landing page very capture leads.

All right you have to come up with an idea right caption write something
and direct people to your Web
site.

Even if you direct people to your Web site that's fantastic right.
There's another way that you can create a custom audience on
Facebook and say All right I want to target
the people who watched 75 percent of this video and I want to create
another ad and just target them.
So these people who watched more than 75 percent of your video are
more likely into your business.

So you can start to work on them we can show different ads to them to
bring them into your business.
So for example you can create a contest ad and target the people who
watch 75 percent of your video
or 100 percent of your video.

These people are more likely to convert.
So let me show you how you can create a custom audience for your

So all you have to do is to come to Facebook ads manager and click on
the menu right at the top and
select audiences.

And they have a lot of options.

followers you can select here and

So first of all what is retargeting this use of screens so retargeting is
when we target someone who
already knows about your business and visited your Web site recently.

You have seen this a lot on the Internet.
You visit a website then you go for example in youtube and boom you

Now Facebook has a tool which is called Pixel Facebook pixel using
Facebook pixel.
You will be able to track who ever visit your website.

So how we can create and use Facebook pixel.
So all you have to do it's very simple and all you have to do is you have
to come here on a click on
the menu off here and go to pixel.

Then on the next page on the next page.
Now come here click on add new source.
If you don't have any pixel right now I think right in the middle of the
screen there is a button written
down to create a Facebook pixel but it doesn't matter at the left side.
Also as you can see here add new data source and Facebook pixel.
Now you all you have to do is to just follow these steps.
Write down the name of your website and follow these steps.

When you create your Facebook pixel you have to install it on your Web
site.
Now there are several ways you Facebook will give you a code.
Several lines of code.
You can copy paste it on all pages of your website or for example if you
are using Wordpress.
Same as me for your Web site.
You can use official Facebook picks up again.
Click on it.

You can use this plugin and install it on your more press dashboard.

They see your products and they click on one after they like it a lot.
They click on for example by now they go to the checkout page but then
they close it.
They don't go to the next page.
They don't go.
For example let's say after they buy the product you will direct them to
another page like for example.

Right.
They go to the checkout but they don't visit.
Thank you.
Page what you have to do with them.
Right.
These are the people who wanted to buy the product but for some
reason they didn't.
You can create an audience target.
Exactly these people and show them the product that they wanted to
buy but they didn't create an ad.
Show them this product over and over until they convert.

So what you can do with them.
So here we are in the audience as part.
And again click on Create audience custom audience Web site traffic.

So what do you have to do now.
Before we selected all web site visitors right now we don't want to target
all Web site visits.
We only want to target people who come to check out page but they
didn't go to the thank you Page.
So I'm going to write people who visited a specific web pages.

And write down the URL out prior to that com slash check out.
So people who visit a checkout page in the past 30 days.
But also I have to add another rule people who didn't visit the checkout

these people and show them another
ad over and over until they get converted.

So this is how you are going to retarget people in some specific way.
And also there is something.
For example before we talked about it in the advertisement type on
Facebook here we have conversion
now con conversion you can say I am going to pay if people get
converted.
If people buy something from me.
Right.
If people sign up on my email list.

So how we can do that.
You have to create a custom conversion on Facebook.
So here we are under Facebook pixel and on the left side has retained
custom convergence.
So click on it click on Create Custom conversion.
And now you have to define what do you mean by conversion.

So first of all for those of you who don't know when a user do what you
want them to do.
If for example they sign up to our e-mail list if they buy the product we
call it in marketing we call
it that user is converted or conversion.

For example if 100 people visited your website visited for example
you're a store but only 10 of them
buy your product.
The conversion rate of your website is 10 percent.

So here we have to create a custom conversion meaning that for
example here select all traffic and say

they already bought a product.

So the first step is to click on the menu right at the top and
select pixel. Then you have to click on create pixel and
follow the steps. The process is very easy and Facebook
itself will show you the way.
After you created your pixel, you need to install it inside your
website. Now it depends on how the website was created
before. Again Facebook will explain exactly what you have
to do, but in general, if you have access to the main code of
each page on your site, you can copy paste pixel code in
the header of each page.
If you use WordPress, Facebook has a plugin that you need
to install and copy paste the code that facebook gives.
Check if pixel installed correctly and it is working fine.
Then the next step is to create a custom audience, people
who visited your site over the past 30 days. And finally,
when you are ready you can create an ad and target all
those people over and over.

people who are not your friends
people who don't like you.
What if they want to talk about you.
What they will compliment you on.

She knows how to do this.

So in the long run you can change your life.

you are making money.

Second I like to do this third and go on Cape and another list of the
businesses that are profitable
that are making money.
And you can help them to grow their business.
Right now you have to look at these two lists try to come up with an
answer which both you are passionate
about and it is making money this way you can go forward much faster.
You're going to be very more successful and the journey will be
enjoyable for you.
The reason that you have to select a topic you may circuit.
I will focus on a topic which is profitable and who cares about it.
If I like it or not I like to make money.
OK you may say that but it is true somehow.
But this way you will go forward and at some point you will stop because
if you don't enjoy what you
are doing you cannot go very far.
And also along the way you will fail a lot.
You will face a lot of problems that you have to solve.
You will hear know hundreds thousands of times.
And if you are not passionate about that topic you will get discouraged.
You will accept the failure and you will quit.
And I don't want this happen to you.
So it is important to select a niche which both you like it and both it is
profitable.

All right the next thing is that make your research and find out why some
of these businesses are more

Find why some businesses failed in these fields.

There are you in both of these you will learn a lot of new things.
The next thing is to find the top 10 companies in the war in your niche.
Learn everything about them.
You are doing for example you want to learn more about you want to do
marketing for a dentist.
Find the top 10 dentists in the war.
You want to do for example marketing for a fast food.
Read more about the top 10 fast win in the war.
What did they do how did they market.
For example sometimes you can find some good answers even from 10
20 years ago companies that were doing
very good at that time.
So making your research and finding information learning it will help you
a lot.

The next thing is that listen to podcasts about your niche on your phone
you can sign up to some podcasts.
It's very easy while you're driving by.
For example you are at the gym while you are doing so while you're
jogging for example in the morning
you can listen to this podcast and learn new stuff.
It is important for you to master your niche because this way you will
bring more success to your clients.
And then they will pay you much much more.
I know I am repeating this over and over because it is important.
And even though that I am repeating it a lot a lot of people will miss it.
A lot of people will forget to do these things and they go forward after
two years three years.
They sit down and look.
What we have to do right.
And the next thing is to find professionals in your field in your niche and
follow them learn what they
are doing what they did before and what they will do how are they
planning their next strategies and
so on.
It is more or less we can I can say find a good mentor for yourself in
your own nation.
You're doing marketing you're doing marketing for for example
restaurants for clothing your source find
for example you can find another agency who are doing the same thing
in some other countries and pay
attention to what they are doing.
Follow them for example you know for this huge company these agents
this marketing agency is working
for them.
They are doing their marketing.
You can pay attention to their social media and look at their posts how
they are doing it what they
are doing this way you can learn a lot and master your niche and there
is another thing I have to pay
I have to tell you and that is as we go forward right now you're learning a
lot of new things because
you will practice you will master them and you will start your business
you will create your social
media marketing agent agency you will build it you will grow it you will
become successful in it.

As you go for a ride the next three months the next year the next three

5 steps to find what you like the most
Several years ago I learned these 5 steps or better to say 5
questions from my mentor. It usually shows the right niche
for you depending on who you are. Take your time to
answer the questions below and really think about the
answers. It is very important to find what is the right fit for
you.
• What did you grow up around?
• What have you been doing over the past 10 years?
• What did you like to become when you were 15-18
years old?
• What can you & like to talk about when you are not
working?
• What your enemies will compliment you on?
Think about the questions above and try to come up with
answers. Then look at all 5 answers and try to make a list of
things that you like to do a lot.
What is profitable
On the previous part, we talked about what is good for you
and what you like to do the most. During this part, we have
to create a list of businesses that are around you and
making money.
• What businesses are around you that are/look
successful?
• Ask people around you what they spend their money
on?
• Search online
By answering the questions above you can create another
list which is about profitable businesses. Answering these
questions can become a bit tricky but you have to do your
best to come up with reasonable answers.
So during this lecture we are going to talk about some important topics
inside walkers.
Important tools that you need to use in order to create a better website
both for you and your clients.
All right so I try to speak about all of them right here in this lecture but if
it takes longer I may
separated into two lectures.

I think in most themes you have it with different design.

a smaller and so on.

You can change all of these settings through here but if you for example
you selected a theme and these
options didn't exist here then you have to look for
theme options somewhere in this menu.

you want to create a blog post
you have to come to posts and same as web pages you have to create it
if you want to create a new page
you know where it comes.
If someone leave a comment on your web pages you have to come here
and answer them and more or less.

Before we go deep in Instagram marketing and learn
advanced strategies, you need to build the foundation the
right way, or it doesn’t matter how hard you try. So even
though some of these steps inside this part may look basic
but try to apply them.
2- VRIN
VRIN was a powerful strategy to analyze and create a post
for social media platforms which we talked about it in the
Digital Marketing Mentality chapter. Review the instructions
again and try to follow them here as well.
3- Post topic:
There is a pattern that you have to learn to be able to deliver
better posts. We are going to divide posts into 2 types:
• Expected – 70%
• Surprise – 30%
When people follow a page they expect a certain type of
posts, they want to see more of those. If all of your post
would be like that, it would become very boring for followers
and it get harder to grow.
It’s like a movie, if you exactly know what will happen next
you won’t watch it, it needs the element of surprise. So you
need to add 30% of other post which is generally different
with the regular ones.
Also 100% of surprise posts won’t work. So try to keep the
ration as mentioned above.
4- Targeted hashtag:
Using hashtags on Instagram has many uses and you
already should know about it, but here we will talk about a
simple strategy that will help you to grab more attention of
potential followers.
You must know who your competitors are and use their
main hashtags. Usually, each company has a hashtag
special for them, for example for my own page it is
#pouyaeti, Find those hashtags and add it to your post this
way you can attract your competitor’s followers to your
page.
5-Post CTA
Every post must have CTA (call to action), ask people to
do something, click on the bio link, tag someone and so on.
Over time it will bring many followers to your page.
1. Follower attention
This is one of the best strategies that I have used over the
past several years. I also taught this strategy to tens of
thousands of students, and they all received a huge result
from only using this strategy.
So the whole concept of this strategy has 2 main steps:
1. Find where your potential follower exist
2. Grab their attention
This concept also applies when you create an ad on social
media platforms. There you should also define your target
and with ads grab their attention, but here we will use free
strategies and some tools that can help you do it faster and
easier.
Step 1: Find pages that your potential followers hang out.
For example, if your page is about fast food, then you
should find all the fast food in your area, create a list and go
to their Instagram pages. People who followed those pages
are more likely to follow yours as well, so they will be your
potential followers. You can also find them using some
specific hashtags.
There is another way to find your target follower if your page
is about a local business. For example f you have a
restaurant, and there are 10 companies, businesses, and
stores nearby, you can target the followers of those pages.
Step 2: Now that you know where they are, you should grab
their attention. If you want to do this manually, you have to
send a follow request, like their post and leave comments,
but you must be careful not to spam people otherwise
Instagram will block your page for some time.
But also there are some automation apps and extensions
that can help you a lot. One of them which I have been
using it for more than 15 months and I saw a great result is
everliker chrome extention.
All you have to do is to add this extension to your chrome
browser, then open another window, open Instagram on
your browser and log in to your Instagram page. Then
create a task by selecting a specific hashtag. Everliker will
use your Instagram page to like posts from those hashtags
and this way you can grab the attention of the people who
uploaded a post using that specific hashtag.
2. Feature page
The next strategy we are going to talk about is to create a
feature page (one or more). Normally you have a page
about the business and in this strategy, you have to create
other pages with the same topic but without any promotional
posts.
For example, if your business is about fast food, you can
create a feature page about fast foods and try to just
delivery value with your post and attract people.
Then later after you feature pages get a good number of
followers you can start to promote your business page.
The reason that this strategy works is that people usually
don’t like to follow businesses but they are more likely to
follow pages that are not about business and won’t promote
a product.
3. Shoutouts
The next strategy is shoutouts when a page shares another
page’s post or story and invite their followers to follow the
shared page. There are many ways to do a shoutout but the
main ones which you need are:
• Shoutout for shoutout
• In this strategy, you contact another page with the
same topic and almost the same follower amount
and deal to shoutout each other. It is free and will
bring tons of followers.
• Paid shoutout
• In this way, you can find pages with the same topic
but with a lot more followers than you, and ask for
a shoutout. They will give you a price list of how
they can introduce your page to their followers and
how much it cost you.
• Always ask for the amount of reach and impression
on their posts or stories. The reason is that if they
have fake followers the number of reaches will be
much lower than you expect.
• Invite influencers
• Find influencers around you with the same topic
and invite them to your business. Do something for
them or provide a service and in return ask for a
shoutout.
• For example, if you have a hair salon, invite some
beauty influencers and provide some free service
and in return ask to share a post about you.
I almost receive 3-5 invitations every single day that people
send some free stuff, like a free account of a platform and
ask me just to talk about it on my channels.
4. Contest
You may have heard of contests before and you may think it
is very simple, but there some important instructions you
have to follow in order to become successful.
First of all, apply this strategy on Instagram when you have
more than a couple of thousands of followers, otherwise, it
won’t work. The more followers you have the result will get
bigger and bigger.
Before on Facebook marketing, we had talked about it but
we are going to repeat the general steps again here as well.

Having a successful Instagram page doesn’t mean that it is
ready for business and making money. Most people miss
this part that they have to convert those followers into
customers and for that, you need to know more about sales
funnels.
The Instagram page must direct people to a landing page, a
place where you capture leads. About sales funnels and

about email marketing and how you can collect emails using
other tools like Facebook ads.
But here we are going to focus more on this topic and learn

So what does a sales funnel.

another product much better and I
can trust that product.

I have used it before.
For example why should a common buy your product so bring a reason
for that.
Any reason.

This is called Reason respecting tendency in marketing cognitive
biases.
Bringing any reason is much much better than saying nothing.
Okay.
This way you can if you bring a good reason.
You can be very persuasive and convincing to push your audience for a
walk.
So the day four and a day 5 is the part that you have to put the link to
the next part which is your
sales pitch.
Okay so in this email.

Day four and day five.
Put the try to direct your audience to the same space.

but if you can't don't push
yourself too hard.
Just record yourself with a phone.

Okay everybody will love your handwriting.
This is a reward for the user which is me right now.
Okay so don't mix these two features are elements about your product
but the reward is something that
the customer will receive after using your product.
So these two don't mix them up.
So you're going to talk about benefits.
After that you're going to talk about the benefits of benefits.
This is also important is one step ahead.

structure for a long time
and I received a lot of result from this structure.
You can do the same but according to our business we can test other
things you can change some of these
elements to see maybe for your business it works better if for example
you change the place of one or
two things or maybe you add some other elements to it.
But in general this structure is very good.
So this is more or less like a diagram of what is going to happen during
the sales front.
So let's say you have a 200 dollar product and you drive traffic from all
channels all social media
as you will drive traffic to around ten thousand people.
You will drive this traffic to your lead page and from those 10000 people
2000 of them register on your
subscribe to your email list.

And you start the image sequence from those 2000 people 500 of them
get through your email list your
email sequence and get to the sales page 500 people will see your
sales page and from those five hundred
fifty of them buy your product.
Okay so fifty two hundred will return thousand.

So it works like this.
Some people are worried that alright.
What if I just send this 10000 directly to this says Page.
Maybe I can sell more.
It looks like that but it doesn't work that way because people first of all

So maybe you think if I sent 10000 people directly to says Page I will
make more money but in my experience
it doesn't work.

When you should build your team
We have learned a lot about building your social media
marketing agency and now it is time to learn how you can
grow your team to make the process easier for yourself. In
my experience, the best time to build your team is when you
are making money and there is just too much work to do,
besides this, the employee must make at least 3 times his/
her salery inside your agency.
This means that if you want to pay your employee $1000
salary, the work that he/she does inside the agency must
bring at least $3000 to the agency. Now there are 2 kinds of
hiring, one of them is full time as your agency employee and
the other is to bring a freelancer. Each of these ways has its
own benefits.

• Take notes
• Bring them back more to spend time
• Ask for refrences
• From previous bosses
• Teachers
• College
• Don’t rush

Going from zero to one million
Now that you know how you should get clients and provide
service to them, how to hire people, you need a general
framework to push you forward to make more money. Along
the way, you need a major main skill which is the ability to
sell.
Your activities are divided into 2 parts:
• Hunting
• Presenting
• Selling
• Closing
• Farming
• Client management
• Client service
• Team management
The structure of growing your business is to bring
employees, teach them what to do, pay them to do the job,
and you spend most of your time on hunting. It is suggested
that at this stage it is better to spend more than 80% of our
time on hunting new clients.
You will get better at selling just by practicing, so try to do it
as much as you can. Master sales, it will serve you for the
rest of your life.
