1. Prepare an interview
- Each st prepares a job advertisement at home (used job ads templates)

2. Prepare an interview
- Share with the partners
- Both prepare questions for the interview
3. Organize a job interview
- Write name of the jobs advertised on a sheet of paper- put it on the table.
- Half of the class act out job seekers – the rests are recruiters:
+ Job seekers go around the classroom to find the job they want, then participate in an interview with
the recuiters.
+ Interviewers ask questions in the sets of questions prepared before as well as noting down the
answers of each interviewee.
4. Choose the winner
Interviewers and interviewees sits toghether, discuss and decide who will be choosen.

1. Could you tell me about yourself and describe your background in brief?

2. How did you hear about this position?

3. What type of work environment do you prefer?

4. How do you deal with pressure or stressful situations?

5. Do you prefer working independently or on a team?

6. When you’re balancing multiple projects, how do you keep yourself organized?

7. What did you do in the last year to improve your knowledge?

8. What are your salary expectations?

9. Are you applying for other jobs?
