一、 如何在涂鸦智能 APP 操作系统内添加安装网关 Pro

1. How to add and install Gateway Pro in Tuya Smart APP operating system

WIFI 指示灯（抹茶绿）: WIFI indicator ( Green)
WIFI 指示灯（蓝色）： WIFI indicator (blue)
复位键： Reset button
安卓线插孔（USB 连接）：Android cable jack (USB connection)
1.1 网关 Pro 接通电源
1.1 Gateway Pro is powered on

1.2 WIFI 指示灯：常亮：接通电源；不亮：未接通电源。

1.2 WIFI indicator: always on: power on; off: power off.

长按复位键，WIFI 指示灯（抹茶绿）快闪状态下===》 可连 涂鸦智能 APP

Press and hold the reset button, and the WIFI indicator (matcha green) flashes
quickly ===》 Can be connected with Tuya Smart APP

1.3 长按复位键，WIFI 指示灯（蓝色）快闪状态下===》 可连 GOLDSUNDA APP

quickly ===》 Can connect to GOLDSUNDA APP
1.4 清除 wifi 配置：按住复位键 3 秒，至蓝灯（抹茶绿）快闪时松开。

release it when the blue light (matcha green) flashes quickly.

1.5 强制解除网关绑定：蓝灯常亮时，长按复位键，蓝灯光先快闪后变为常亮时松开。（按
键功能在网关正常通电是有效）
1.5 Forcibly unbind the gateway: When the blue light is always on, press and hold
the reset button. When the blue light flashes quickly and then becomes constant
light, release. (The key function is effective when the gateway is powered on
normally).

1.6 网关 Pro 通电确定无线路由工作正常，接通电源后，WIFI 指示灯（抹茶绿）为常亮

状态代表正常通电，WIFI 指示灯（抹茶绿）快闪代表进入配网状态

下载涂鸦智能 APP，安装后注册登陆：
Download Tuya Smart APP, register and log in after installation:

1. 进入主页面，点击右上角“+或者添加设备” 点击“其他” 再点击连接器“WIFI” 长按网关

Pro 复位键（5 秒左右）至抹茶绿指示灯快速闪烁，然后点击下一步。
1. Enter the main page, click "+ or add device" in the upper right corner, click
"Other" and then click the connector "WIFI". Long press the gateway Pro reset
button (about 5 seconds) until the green tea indicator flashes quickly, and then
click Next.

2. 选择 WIFI 网络，输入密码，点击确定自动进去配网状态，配网成功后点击完成。

配置 wifi 信号要确保手机 3 格以上 wifi 信号并确定当前连接 wifi 账号

操作如图 WIFI 匹配

输入手机当前连接的 wifi 及密码确认无误后点击完成，网关自动配网，当网关 Pro 抹茶绿

指示灯由快闪变常亮后，即配网成功
Enter the wifi and password of the current connection of the mobile phone and
click OK to complete. The gateway automatically configures the network. When the
gateway Pro Match a green indicator turns from fast flashing to steady on, the
network is successfully configured.

添加设备成功编辑命名即可下一步操作

1. 安装中出现的问题及解决
1. Problems and solutions in installation
网关配置失败
Gateway configuration failed
检查 wifi 密码账号是否正确（wifi 账号名称要与手机连接的 wifi 保持一致）
Check whether the wifi password account is correct (the name of the wifi account
must be consistent with the wifi connected to the phone)

检查无线路由是否有问题
Check for wireless routing problems

无线路由排查方法：

如果您有另外一台手机，可用手机分享一个 wifi 热点（英文字符名称），然后用装有涂鸦

智能 APP 操作系统的手机连接热点并前文所述进行配置网关。
If you have another mobile phone, you can share a wifi hotspot (English character
name) with your mobile phone, and then connect the hotspot with a mobile phone
equipped with Tuya smart APP operating system and configure the gateway as
described above.

如使用手机热点添加网关成功，则有可能我们手机之前配网状态处于无线路由器的 5G
信号频段下的 wiFi 网络，导致前一步配网不成功。因为目前市面上主流路由器一般为 4
条天线或以上的双频段路由器，分别为 2.4G 输出信号段和 5G 输出信号段，而涂鸦智
能、天猫精灵和小度等国内一众品牌智能模块芯片均通过 2.4G 信号段传输识别操作设
备，因此请更改无线路由设置，如下：
If the gateway is successfully added using a mobile phone hotspot, it is possible
that the WiFi network of our mobile phone was previously in the WiFi network in
the 5G signal band of the wireless router, resulting in unsuccessful network
configuration in the previous step. At present, mainstream routers on the market
are generally dual-band routers with 4 antennas or more, which are 2.4G output
signal segment and 5G output signal segment, respectively. The smart module
chips of domestic brands such as Tuya Smart, Tmall Genie and Xiaodu all
recognize and operate the device through the 2.4G signal segment, so please
change the wireless routing settings as follows:

3.1 通过电脑进入路由器登陆界面，将路由器 2.4G 频段 wifi 网络显示出来再进入对应

2.4G 频段下的 wifi 名称进行设置添加。（如 TP-Link 初始使用设置路由器界面时有
2.4G 和 5G 频段分开命名选项，也有将 2.4G 和 5G 频段整合命名统一密码选项，下图
以 TP-Link 界面为例设置）

set up the router interface, there are options for naming the 2.4G and 5G bands

set)

3.1.1 登陆路由器界面，输入管理员密码（如忘记管理员密码请重置路由器，重置前先
确认知道宽带服务商提供的宽带上网账号和密码，如果没有请致电对应客服索取。）
3.1.1 Log in to the router interface and enter the administrator password (If you
forget the administrator password, please reset the router. Before resetting,
make sure you know the broadband Internet account and password provided by
the broadband service provider. If not, please call the corresponding customer
service to obtain.
3.1.2 进入无线设置选项，将 2.4G 频段跟 5G 频段分开。
3.1.2 Enter the wireless setting options and separate the 2.4G frequency band
from the 5G frequency band.

3.1.3 分别设置好 2.4G 频段和 5G 频段的 WiFi 名称保存即完成操作。

3.2. Wifi 账号密码请不要带有中文、空格、下划线之类等特殊字符。
（以上方法设置完成后，按住复位键，，抹茶绿灯变为快闪状态时松手。然后重新进入
APP 添加网关 Pro。）

etc. for Wifi account password.

3.3. 涂鸦智能 APP 是不需要切换远程设置的，如果别人需要连接你的网关 Pro 并且控制
他的话，可以增加为家庭成员，步骤如下：

needs to connect to your Gateway Pro and control him, you can add it as a family
member.

3.3.1. 点击添加的网关 Pro

3.3.1. Click on the added gateway Pro

3.3.2 点击右上角的“笔”符号
3.3.2 Click the "pen" symbol in the upper right corner

3.3.3 点击共享设备

3.3.4 点击下方的添加家庭成员
3.3.4 Click Add family members below
3.3.5 输入家庭成员名称及手机号码（注册号），即可控制智能设备的开关
（如果想让他控制智能设备的添加和删除，可将中间的“设为管理员”右边的
按钮打开）
3.3.5 Enter the family member name and mobile phone number
