TERM AND CONDITIONS:

1. All room/unit is subject to availability
2. Reservation is required in advance
3. Check in time is 15:00 and check out time is 12:00 noon
4. Late checkout until 18:00 hours will be charged 50% from the daily rate and It’s subject to availability
5. Late Checkout after 18:00 hours will incur a payment of 100% of the daily rate and It’s subject to
availability

6. Season Periods:
• Low Seasons: 01st December 2022 – 22nd December 2022 and 06th January 2023 – 31st March 2023
• High Seasons: 18th January 2023 – 25th January 2023
• Peak Seasons: 23rd December 2022 – 05th January 2023

7. Payment policy:
• Low Seasons: The payment is required by the latest 14 days before arrival
• High Seasons: The payment is required by the latest 25 days before arrival
• Peak Seasons: The payment is required by the latest 30 days before arrival

8. Cancellation policy:
• Low Seasons: Any cancellation in 14 days before arrival will be applied full charged
• High Seasons: Any cancellation in 25 days before arrival will be applied full charged
• Peak Seasons: Any cancellation in 30 days before arrival will be applied full charged

9. Surcharged policy:
• Low Seasons: -
• High Seasons: it will be applied 25% from Low Season rate
• Peak Seasons: it will be applied 50% from Low Season rate
• Compulsory Gala Dinner will be applied at Aksari Resort Ubud, Kaamala Resort Ubud and Dedary
Resort Ubud with surcharge at IDR 1,000,000 net/person on 31st December 2022

The capacity is for 2 adults except Two Bedroom Villa for 4 persons, Three Bedroom Villa for 6 persons,
Four Bedroom Villa for 8 persons and Five Bedroom Villa for 10 persons

11. Additional charge:
• Additional breakfast at IDR 110,000 net/day/person (Except Aksari Resort Ubud, Dedary Resort
Ubud and Kaamala Resort Ubud at IDR 170,000 net/day/person)
• Additional person without extra bed and without breakfast at IDR 200,000 net/night/person
• Additional person with breakfast at IDR 300,000 net/night/person
• Additional charge extra bed without breakfast at IDR 350,000 net/night
• Additional charge extra bed included breakfast at IDR 450,000 net/night (Except Aksari Resort
Ubud, Dedary Resort Ubud and Kaamala Resort Ubud at IDR 500,000 net/night)

12. Children Policy:

• Children 11 years old is free of charge and sharing bed with parents
• Any free charge of children is not including breakfast
• Children 12 years old and above are concidered as adult charge
• Extrabed is available with additional charge same as adult
• Children menu for breakfast is same as adult
• Any breakfast requested, it will be same as adult menu and it will be charged
• Accommodate maximum 1 child
