1. Each day will have multiple adequate breaks given in between the training sessions. This is in
addition to the lunch break already mentioned in the schedule.
2. Specific schedule changes may be communicated by trainers on a day-to-day basis and adapted
based on how selections are progressing

Day 1: Tuesday, 26th December
