OWNER’S CONSENT LETTER

I SUKUMAR have building being the legal ownerof the premises TS No: 10/2761 Perumal
Koil St, Bharathi Nagar Ramanathapuram Village, Coimbatore- 641045 hereby agree as follows-

I consent to the installation by you at the above mentioned premises tenanted by Thiru /
Thirumathy – M/s. Crest Digitel Private Limited-----of electric service cables, meters, wiring, fittings
and other equipments for the supply of electricity (hereinafter called “The Installation”) under the terms of
an agreement between you and the tenant of the above said premises.

In the event of the above said tenant vacating the aforesaid premises, I shall give you due
notice fifteen days advance to enable you to arrange for the termination of your contract with the aforesaid
tenant failing which I shall be responsible for any loss that may accrue on that account.
