1. Requirements
FPT Company wants to create a culture of continuous learning
across the entire organization given the rapidly evolving nature of
technology today. For the organization's internal training programs,
it is necessary to create a "Training" activity management system.
This system can be used to manage student accounts, lecturers,
course catalogs, courses, and topics. It can also be used to assign
lecturers according to a topic for a course and teachers for a given
course.

After the survey, we found that 40% of people use the website
via mobile devices, 40% use computers and 20% use tablets

The main users of the system are mainly training staffs and trainers.
Administrators’ main and only function is account registration. All accounts
authorities and interactive objects are not much.
Most of the users are also trainers and administrators with an equal ratio of
40%, overwhelming the training staffs with 20% of the users in the system.

remaining 20% of people like the look of Trainer/Staff. So the interface of our
login and Trainer/Staff is done well. However the interfaces we will try to upgrade
in the future. BTEC-FPT | PBIT17102-Group3

the look and feel of the website, 30% feel normal, 30% feel unsatisfied. As such

5. Conclusion
In conclusion, our team has created a training management system that successfully
solves the unique requirements of companies wishing to manage their staff training
initiatives. To assure the caliber of our design, we solicited input from our coworkers
via a thorough questionnaire and included their suggestions into our development
procedure.
Using selected technologies and testing procedures, we created the application,
tested it, and evaluated its effectiveness in comparison to the software requirement
specification.
We are pleased with our efforts and are confident that our training management
system will benefit organizations and the people who work there. We appreciate your
time and interest, and we are here to address any questions you might have.
