use our services.

We have provided below a list of significant legal terms that pertain to any individual who visits our website or
utilizes our services. These terms are essential to safeguard both you and us, and to facilitate the delivery of our
services for the benefit of all users. 24AI.TECH provides a comprehensive range of services and functionalities,
and certain sections of the terms listed below may not be applicable to the particular services you are using.

This Terms of Use is available to the public and may only be accepted by the user in its entirety.
Acceptance of the Terms of Use requires the user to agree to all terms and conditions without exception.

Terms and Definitions

User (Recipient of the Service) – website visitor https://app.24AI.TECH .tech/ who created the User Account.

Acceptance of the Agreement - the passage of the procedure and the performance of actions by
which the User confirms agreement with the terms of this Agreement. After the acceptance of the Agreement,
the User is considered to have accepted unconditionally and in general all the terms of this Agreement.
Service 24AI.TECH is a computer program "24AI.TECH ", the algorithms of which allow the
automatic generation of graphic materials using artificial intelligence based on images entered by the User into
the Account in JPEG or PNG format.
The Service is available for Users at https://app.24ai.tech/ .
Subscription - providing the User with access to the Service in accordance with the Tariff chosen by
the User for a certain period of time. If before the expiration of the specified period of time the User does not
take actions to disable the Subscription, the Subscription is extended for a similar period of time.
Purchase - providing the User with access to the Service for a fixed fee for a certain period of time.
Tariff - a functionality of the Service that allows the User to choose the number of graphic images
generated using artificial intelligence.
An image is a graphic material generated using artificial intelligence.
Trial Access - access to the Service without making a Purchase, allowing the User to gain practical
experience of using the Service. The opportunity to use the Service for informational purposes is provided only
to an authorized User and only once.

Subject of the Terms of Use and procedure for its acceptance

1. In accordance with these Terms of Use, the Operator provides registered Users with access to the
functionality of the Service on a paid basis. When using the Service for the first time, the User may be
granted access to the Service for informational purposes in the form of a Trial Access.
2. Payment of the first Tariff by the User in favor of the Operator means full and unconditional agreement
with these terms of the offer.
3. From the moment of payment of the first Tariff by the User in favor of the Operator, the terms of this
Terms of Use are considered accepted, and the obligations from the Terms of Use are to be fulfilled, as
if they were fixed in an agreement concluded in writing in accordance with the current legislation of
the UAE.
 Rules for using the 24AI.TECH Service

1. From the moment of registration for the Trial period or making the first payment in favor of the
Operator, the User gets access to the functionality of the Service. The functionality of the Service
allows using artificial intelligence to generate graphic materials based on the content provided by the
User in the Account.
2. The use of the functionality of the Service in terms of generating graphic materials is available to the
User within the Tariff, after which access is limited to the viewing mode - the User cannot generate
new graphic materials.
3. The User agrees not to copy, modify, reverse engineer or otherwise modify the Service. The User
cannot transfer access to his Account to third parties. If these violations are recorded by the Operator,
the level of functionality of the Service in relation to the User is limited to the viewing mode, and the
cost of the prepaid Tariff is withheld as a penalty for violating the terms of this Offer.
4. By issuing a Trial Access to the Service or paying the Tariff, the User agrees to receive information
letters from the Operator at the email address used to register the Account. At the same time, the User
has the right to refuse to receive letters at any time by sending a corresponding notification to
support@24ai.tech .
5. The current version of these rules is in the public domain at https://app.24ai.tech.tech/docs/terms.pdf .
The Rules can be changed by the Operator unilaterally without notifying the User. The current version
of the rules becomes mandatory from the moment of its publication. The User will learn about
changing the rules on his own.
6. To use the Service, the User is obliged, in the manner prescribed by this Agreement, to confirm that he
has read, understood, agrees to comply with this Agreement, and to join this Agreement as a whole by
accepting the Agreement. In order to accept the Agreement, the User must perform at least one of the
following actions:
● register in the Service;
● issue a Trial Access or activate a Subscription or make a Purchase, as well as click on the
"Buy" button;
● start using the Service.
7. The User does not have the right to reproduce, repeat, copy, sell, resell, and also use in any way for any
commercial purposes the Service and (or) any part of the content of the Service without the consent of
the Operator or authorized copyright holders of the results of intellectual activity posted on Service.

The procedure for processing personal data

1. When entering the Website, the User agrees that the server automatically registers his IP address and
tracks his actions on the Website.
2. The processing of the User's personal data is carried out in accordance with the Personal Data
Processing Policy of 24TTL DIGITAL MARKETING SOLUTIONS DMCC, located at the link
https://app.24ai.tech/docs/privacy.pdf .
3. The user agrees to receive promotional messages.
4. Using the Service, the User agrees that the personal data that has become known to the Operator is
processed by the Operator in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law in order to provide the
Service. The consent obtained is valid from the date of acceptance of the terms of this Agreement by
the User and until the achievement of the purposes of processing the User's personal data, unless
otherwise provided by the legislation of the UAE, and may be revoked by the User ahead of schedule
by providing 24TTL DIGITAL MARKETING SOLUTIONS DMCC with a written application in
accordance with the legislation of the UAE. The address for withdrawing consent to the processing of

5. Transfer of information to third parties is possible in a limited number of cases: to satisfy a court
request, execute a court order or assist in legal proceedings.
6. The following personal data may be processed for the following purposes:
● e-mail address and mobile phone number for the purpose of using the Service, for the purpose
of sending and personalizing advertising messages - subject to obtaining a separate consent of
the User;
● Cookies for the purpose of improving the user experience and the quality of the Service in
accordance with the Cookie Policy posted on the Service, as well as for the purpose of sending
and personalizing advertising messages, subject to the User's separate consent;

Terms of payment

1. When using the Service for the first time, the User may be provided with a 100% discount Subscription
for informational purposes in the form of Trial Access.
2. The use of the functionality of the Service is available to the User upon purchase and payment in favor
of the Operator of one of the Tariffs:

3. The moment of payment is considered the moment of crediting funds to the account of the Operator.
4. The Operator has the right to change the cost of the Tariff without notifying the User and unilaterally
by posting a corresponding message at the address.
5. In the event that the user declines to utilize the service's functionality until the tariff limit has been
depleted, the cost is not recalculated, since the Tariff is the minimum functional unit of the Service and
is considered provided in full from the moment of the first generation of graphic materials within the
Tariff.
6. Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover&Diners, China UnionPay, Japan Credit Bureau (JCB),
Cartes Bancairres, eftpos cards are accepted for payment.
7. The service of payment via the Internet is carried out in accordance with the Rules of the international
payment systems Stripe on the principles of confidentiality and security of making a payment. Entering
bank card data is carried out on a secure payment page.
8. On the page for entering bank card data, the user will need to enter bank card data: card number,
cardholder name, card expiration date, three-digit security code (CVV2 - for VISA, CVC2 - for
MasterCard). All the necessary data is printed on the card itself.
9. After that, the user will be transferred to the bank page to enter the security code that will come in
SMS. If the security code has not arrived, then the user should contact the bank that issued the card.
10. Cases of refusal to make a payment:
● the bank card is not intended for making payments via the Internet;
● insufficient funds to pay on a bank card;
● bank card details are entered incorrectly;
 ● bank card has been expired

11. For payment by credit card and other issues related to the operation of the Website, please contact

12. The Operator has determined the procedure for changing the Tariff:
● the User has the right to change the “Strart” Tariff to “Pro”, while the
number of Images remaining on the date of the Tariff change is saved and
added up with the number of Images on the “Pro” Tariff;
● for connection of the "Enterprise" Tariff, the User should contact
support@24ai.tech by e-mail .

13. Disabling the Subscription is carried out by the User independently. At the same time, the cost of the
Subscription paid by the User is not recalculated and is not refundable if the User canceled the
Subscription during the paid Subscription period.
14. The Subscriber can cancel the Subscription independently in one of the following ways:
● Go to the Personal Account in the account settings on the Website
https://app.24AI.TECH .tech/profile and click on the "Unsubscribe" button.

Intellectual property

1. The right holder of the Service is 24TTL DIGITAL MARKETING SOLUTIONS DMCC, in
whose interests the Operator acts. The Operator does not transfer to the User exclusive rights in relation
to the Service, including through the transfer of a license, alienation, assignment or waiver of rights, as
well as in relation to other materials that are the subject of intellectual property rights not mentioned in
this Offer.

2. The rights to the graphic materials generated by the User using the Service are granted to the
User under the terms of an exclusive license with a validity period for the entire period of protection of
exclusive rights and the territory of use is the whole world from the moment they are displayed in the
User's Account.

Responsibility

1. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "with all faults" basis, "taking into account available
opportunities". The Operator does not guarantee that all of its functionality will meet the expectations
and goals of the User or be applicable to its specific purpose, or that the functioning of the Service will
be uninterrupted, secure or error-free. The Operator does not guarantee the correction of all defects, the
prevention of interruptions caused by third parties or unauthorized access by third parties.

2. The Operator does not directly or indirectly guarantee the User the error-free and
uninterrupted operation of the Service or its individual functions and components, and does not
guarantee compliance with the specific goals and expectations of the User.

3. The Operator does not guarantee to the User that the use of the generated graphic materials by
the User will not violate the intellectual rights of third parties. The Operator guarantees the observance
of the copyrights of the creators of the Service.

4. The Operator does not guarantee the User the commercial value and (or) protectability of the
generated graphic materials, as well as the possibility of free use of these materials as a means of
individualizing the User.
5. The Operator is not responsible for any direct or indirect damage to the Service and (or)
graphic materials generated using the Service, does not compensate for any losses incurred in
connection with the use of the Service and (or) graphic materials generated using the Service.

6. The Operator is not responsible for the content and safety of the User's files posted by the
User in the Service. The Operator reserves the right to refuse the User to place the User's files in the
Service or delete these files.

Final provisions

1. The terms of this Terms of Use come into force from the date of its acceptance and are valid
for the entire period of protection of exclusive rights to graphic materials generated by the User using
the Service.

2. The Operator has the right to place a new version of the Terms of Use on the Service before
the expiration date of the current version of the Offer.

3. This Terms of Use and the relationship between the Operator and the User are governed and
interpreted in accordance with the laws of the UAE. Issues not regulated by the Agreement shall be
resolved in accordance with the legislation of the UAE.

4. The User has the right at any time without notifying the Operator and without giving reasons
to terminate the Agreement unilaterally out of court by deleting the account. Please note that deleting
the Service from the device does not automatically stop the debiting of funds for Subscriptions; the
User must deactivate the subscription on their own. In the event of termination of the Agreement, all
Subscriptions, Purchases associated with such accounts may be deleted by the Operator without the
possibility of recovery. If the User wants to exercise the right to delete an account in the Service and
related personal data, the User has the right to contact the Operator with a corresponding request.
