Offer:

• InterMiles members must register for the TEDx webinars via any InterMiles owned channel communications (app,
emailer, sms, social media, website etc). The member must register for the webinar using the same registered
credentials as part of their InterMiles membership account details. The InterMiles member post registering for the
TEDx webinar via InterMiles platforms (such as InterMiles website, InterMiles mobile application etc) will then post
registration, will have to attend at least 15 minutes of the webinar. Post the competition of the attendance of the
webinar the member will be rewarded with 500 InterMiles within 7 days of the registered & attended webinar.

Offer Validity:

• From April 25th, 2020 till the May 10th 2020. The webinars are only on the weekends i.e. Saturday & Sunday.

Eligibility:

• This promotion is applicable only for the InterMiles member who register for the webinar via InterMiles
communication channels like InterMiles mailers, InterMiles social media handles, InterMiles app, website etc.

• This promotion is applicable only on those specific TEDx webinars under the “the world has changed” series which
are specifically promoted and co-sponsored by Jet Privilege Pvt Ltd (JPPL). JPPL during the entire Offer Validity Period
will indicate which are the TEDx webinars on which this offer is applicable.

• This promotion is applicable only on the live telecast of the selected TEDx webinars and not on the recorded version
or re-telecast.

Other terms and conditions:

• InterMiles will be credited within 7 days from the date of the webinar that a member has registered and attended
providede the registered credentials shared by the member are as per the details registered against the identified
InterMiles membership account.

• JetPrivilege Pvt. Ltd. reserved the right to deduct these awarded Bonus Miles from the member’s account in case of
detection of fraud or uninstallation of the app during the campaign period.

• The admission to the webinar is on first come first serve basis and it’s a limited capacity event. The webinar can hold
up to 3500 InterMiles members to view the webinar. In case the allocated seats get filled up, there could be a
possibility that a registered member may not be able to attend the webinar.

• We recommend that the member shall join the webinar 15 mins prior to the start time of the webinar.

• Jet Privilege Pvt. Ltd. shall not be responsible for the content, terms and conditions of the hosting website (i.e.
zoom), any data breaches, security issued at the hosting website. Hosting website is beyond the control of Jet Privilege
Pvt. Ltd. and hence the Member shall log-in to the hosting website at its own risk after reading the terms and
conditions of the hosting website.

• The InterMiles member must give his/her registered mobile no, InterMiles membership account number and
registered email id while registering for the webinar to ensure they get rewarded for the activity

• Members from outside India cannot take part in the contest.

• This offer is subject to the applicable rules and regulations as may be in force in respective jurisdictions/states.
• Disputes, if any, will be subject to Indian laws and shall be subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of the courts in
Mumbai.
• Jet Privilege Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever that may be suffered or for any personal
injury that may be suffered to the member directly or indirectly, by use or non-use of products/services under this
Offer.
• The decision of Jet Privilege Pvt. Ltd. will be final and binding on all the members participating in this offer and that
the same is non-contestable.
• Jet Privilege Pvt. Ltd. reserves the rights to change, amend, withdraw and/or alter any of the terms and conditions
of this Offer at any time without prior notice of giving any reasons.
• Miles credited under this offer shall be subject to the terms and conditions of the InterMiles Programme.

• The personal information provided by the Member in the application form or that the Member will provide as an
InterMiles Member:
o Will be retained and used by InterMiles to ensure the efficient running of the Programme, including the
crediting of InterMiles, the provision of Accrual Activity and Award Activity statements and the grant of Tier
levels;
o May be disclosed if required by law;
o May be used by InterMiles to send its Members communications about promotions, services, products and
facilities offered by the Programme. Members may select the communication type they wish to receive by
updating their preferences in the My Preferences section under the My Profile page.
o May be disclosed to a Programme Partner of the InterMiles Programme to assist in the planning and
development of the InterMiles Programme features and benefits;
o May be used by Programme Partners to send separate communications to the Member about services,
products and facilities offered by them. Members may select the communication type they wish to receive by
updating their preferences in the My Preferences section under the My Profile page; and
o May otherwise be used in a manner which a Member may authorise from time to time.
