Dear JATIN AGGARWAL,

We are pleased to welcome you to the Monetisation Program (“Program”). As a part of the Program, you are a user
whose role is to assist us in marketing and encouraging our users (“Users”) to engage on the Moj Platform (“Platform”).
In accordance with our policy for your marketing and promotional activities, you will be entitled to certain rewards based
on our rewards policy (“Rewards Policy”) as contained in Annexure A to this Letter. The Platform may revise the
Rewards Policy from time to time. Your engagement as a part of the Program will be governed by the terms of this
Onboarding Letter (“Letter”):

1. As a part of the Program, you will be required to provide the following details:

(a) government id (PAN Card, Aadhar),

(b) bank account details, and
(c) other documents that we may require from time to time.

The bank account must match the name provided in the identification document. If you use bank accounts of third
parties, you must establish your relationship with such party (such as your company, parents, guardians etc.).

2. By agreeing to participate in the Program, you undertake to participate in various marketing and promotional
activities through such programs and means as may be specified by the Platform.

3. As a part of the Program, you agree to:

(a) not participate, carry out fraudulent or inauthentic activity, such as multiple ids, logging in without activity
etc;

(b) report any kind of technical issue, bug or payment related error on immediate basis, if found taking
advantage of system issue, bug, vulnerability, loophole etc;

(c) attend any training and feedback sessions conducted by the Company and adhere to the guidelines and
instructions provided during training and feedback sessions;

(d) not post any content which violates the Terms of Use of the Platform; and

(e) not indulge in any activity, acts or session directly or indirectly resulting in:
(i) any kind of verbal abuse and/or disrespectful comments based on culture, religion, belief, point of view,
etc. in the livestream;

(ii) sexual harassment which is defined as unwelcome sexual advances, requests for sexual favors, sexual
pranks, repeated sexual teasing, jokes or innuendo or disrespectful comments made to anyone including
other verbal or physical conduct of a sexual nature that tends to create a hostile or offensive online
environment for a particular individual or the Users as a whole;

(iii) actively soliciting Users in the group to convert to any religious belief, or non-belief, or point of view,
except to the extent that, as a member of a debate team, a person expresses a point of view related to
the debate in progress;

(iv) providing negative remarks towards another User, for any reason that creates an uncomfortable
environment. You will ensure that all critiques or “constructive criticism” should be positive in tone
and presented in a friendly manner;

(v) promotion or sale of unauthorized or illegal materials; and

(vi) any threat of violence towards another, or use of profanity.

4. By agreeing to participate in the Program, you agree and acknowledge that the Platform has the right to use your
likeness, or any content created by you, or any part of that content, on a worldwide, royalty free basis, for any
purpose (but by giving prior notice), including for the promotion of the Platform, our partners, our clients.

5. The Platform shall have no liability for any matter directly or indirectly relating to the creation, maintenance, or
operation of your account and content, and you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us, our affiliates and licensors,
and our and their respective employees, officers, directors, and representatives, harmless from and against all
claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including attorneys’ fees) relating to any of your content.

6. The Platform shall have the full and unrestricted right to assign its rights, obligations or any other interest in these
terms to any person including its affiliates.

7. Termination

 The Platform may terminate your participation from the Program at any time. At such time, you may withdraw the
cash equivalent of your Mints, based on the Rewards Policy at that point in time. The Platform may restrict you
from withdrawing the cash equivalent of your Mints in the following circumstances:

(a) your account is suspended or terminated for violation of Terms of Use of the Platform, or
(b) on account of fraudulent activity being undertaken by you, or
(c) if you falsely represented to us that you have attained the age of 18 years, or
(d) any other significant event as the Platform may deem fit.

Further, you may terminate your participation in the Program by writing to us at contact@sharechat.co. Upon
receipt of confirmation of your termination from us, the accumulation of Mints for your account will pause. You
may withdraw the cash equivalent of your Mints within 180 days of receiving confirmation.

8. You agree to participate in the Program by digitally executing this letter as below.

 ANNEXURE A
Rewards Policy

As a part of the Program, you will be entitled to cash and non-cash rewards based on this Policy (“Policy”). We may
revise and amend the Rewards Policy from time to time.

The total cash rewards that you are eligible to receive is represented by way of Mints (“Mints”), in your Wallet. Mints are
the aggregate value of the gifts received by you from other users, and affiliate fees or payments made to you by the
Platform.

Based on our policy, and your marketing and promotional activities, you shall receive Mints which represent the value in
INR as provided on the Platform.

We may revise and amend the value in INR or amount that can be received based on the Mints rewarded at any time. Your
continued services subsequent to any such revision or amendment will amount to acceptance of the revision or
amendment.

You may withdraw a minimum amount of INR same as system defined amount (Rs. 500/1000 mints) and a maximum
amount of INR same as system defined amount (Rs. 50000/100000 mints) at a time.

All withdrawals made by you are subject to applicable withholding taxes, service taxes, commissions by our third-party
partners etc.

Please note that you should withdraw your reward amount within 365 days of the amount being notified to you by way of
Mints. We may cancel your eligible reward should you not withdraw within this time period.

We may also suspend or terminate your ability to withdraw your rewards on account of serious violations such as frauds
or major violations of our terms of use.
