SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

We, LAMBERTO BALSAMO, LAARNIE BALSAMO, JOHN CRIS BALSAMO, FELINA

BALSAMO-DINGCO, MARCELA BALSAMO-PARANE, SUSANA BALSAMO SAMERA, MANUEL
BALSAMO, PERLITA BALSAMO-CAPARAS and NIEVES BALSAMO-GERCIN, all Filipinos, all of legal
age, all married and all siblings except LAARNIE and JOHN CRIS who are both single and our
niece and nephew respectively, and all with residence at Barangay Tibig, Silang, Cavite, have
named, constituted and appointed, and by these presents, do hereby name, constitute and appoint, our
sister ARSENIA BALSAMO-NAVARRO, Filipino, of legal age, married and residing at Barangay
Munting Ilog, Silang, Cavite to be our true and lawful Attorney-in-fact, for us and in our names, places
and steads to do and perform the following acts and deeds, to wit;

“To represent us in the pursuit of our rightful claim for our deceased father LAURO BALSAMO for
our share of inheritance from the estate of our grandmother ISIDORA AMOT and to enter into stipulation
of facts and into compromise agreement relative to said claim; and to sign any and all documents that may
be required or needed for the attainment of the above-stated purposes”

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto our said attorney-in-fact full power and authority to
do and perform all and every act and thing whatsoever requisite and necessary to be done in
and about the premises, as fully, to all intents and purposes, as we might or could do if
personally present, with full power of substitution and revocation and HEREBY RATIFYING AND
CONFIRMING all that our said attorney-in-fact shall lawfully do or cause to be done by virtue
hereof shall lawfully do or cause to be done by virtue hereof and in pursuance of the purposes above-
stated.
