Private Complainant Arlene Lumagui y Cortez acknowledged that she received on March 15, 2020, the sum of FIFTEEN THOUSAND PESOS (Php15,000.00) from the Accused as financial support for their child, Ronalyn Bactol. However, due to the covid 19 pandemic, the Accused was retrenched from his employment as seafarer, thus, he did not have any income to continue supporting his child; 2. Parties agreed that once the Accused gets employed as a Seafarer, he shall give support to his child in the sum of TEN THOUSAND PESOS (Php10,000.00), Philippine Currency, monthly which will be continuously done as long as the Accused works as seafarer;
