We, DOMINGA ARENAS BOBIES, married, a resident of 774 Purok 5 Sucat, Muntinlupa City and
PRISCILA ARENAS DE ROJAS, married, a resident of Brgy. Lumil, Silang, Cavite, both Filipinos and both of
legal age, hereby name, appoint and constitute our brother REYNALDO BELARDO ARENAS, Filipino, of
legal age, married and residing at 018 Humarang St., Purok 1, Barangay Lumil, Silang, Cavite, to be our
true and lawful ATTORNEY-IN-FACT, for us and in our names, places and steads to do, and perform the
following acts, to wit:

“To appear, transact and represent us before the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) to secure
and obtain an authenticated Certificate of Death of our late mother LEONIDA BELARDO ARENAS who
died on March 29, 1975 at Lumil, Silang, Cavite;

“To receive the authenticated Certificate of Death of our mother and to pay any and all fees due
to the transaction above mentioned;

“To sign any and all documents necessary for the attainment of this purpose in these presents.”

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto our said attorney-in-fact full power and authority to
do and perform all and every act and thing whatsoever requisite and necessary to be done in
and about the premises, as fully, to all intents and purposes, as we might or could do if
personally present, with full power of substitution and revocation and HEREBY RATIFYING AND
CONFIRMING all that our said attorney-in-fact shall lawfully do or cause to be done by virtue
hereof shall lawfully do or cause to be done by virtue hereof and in pursuance of the purposes above-
stated
