JOINT AFFIDAVIT
We, Anne Garcia and Brandon Navarro, both Filipinos, of legal ages, both
single, and residents of 123 De la Fuente St., Sampaloc, Manila and 321 Concepcion
St., San Miguel, Manila respectively, having been duly sworn in accordance with law,
hereby state:

1. That we know the person of Bea Alonzo as the same has been a close
friend for a long period of time;
2. That we know for a fact that Bea Alonzo and John Cruz were lawfully
joined together on December 14, 2020 in a marriage ceremony
solemnized by Rev. Fr. Jose Viceral, SJ;
3. That it was discovered but recently when Bea Alonzo requested for a copy
of their Marriage Contract from the Civil Registrar, that the said document
has not yet been registered probably through oversight and so the said
Marriage Contract was only registered on December 24, 2020; and
4. As such, we execute this Affidavit to certify or attest to the truth of the
foregoing facts and for whatever any and all legal purposes that this
Affidavit may serve.
