SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, MICHAEL CORTEZ GUYAMIN, Filipino, of legal age, married and residing at Barangay
Adlas, Silang, Cavite, have named, constituted and appointed, and by these presents, do hereby
name, constitute and appoint JUDIE LYN MILAYA MUTYA, Filipino, of legal age, single and
residing at Barangay Puting Kahoy, Silang, Cavite, to be my true and lawful Attorney-in-fact, for me
and in my name, place and stead to do and perform the following acts and deeds, to wit;

“To use and take possession, control and supervision of that MITSUBISHI L300 FB 2018 car,
with Conduction Sticker No. B3A916 and to maintain the same in good condition; to pay the
monthly amortization at Rizal Commercial Banking Corporation (RCBC) bank; to receive the
Cancellation and Discharge of Mortgage and the original certificate of registration (CR) to the said bank;
to register annually the said car with the Land Transportation Office (LTO) as the registrations
fall due and to insure the car with the proper insurance company”; and to claim for insurance
benefits in case a claim thereof arises out of any damage which the car may sustain;”

“To appear and represent me before any person, any entity or government agency
relative to any transaction involving this car; to sell the car to any interested buyer should she
decide to do so and to accept the proceeds of the sale; to file, sue for, and defend me against
any suit which may involve this car and to appear and testify for and in my behalf, before
any court of law relative to any claim involving it”; and to sign all documents necessary for the
fulfillment of the foregoing purposes”

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said attorney-in-fact full power and
authority to perform every act and thing whatsoever requisite and necessary to be done in
and about the premises, as fully, to all intents and purposes, as I might or could do if
personally present, and HEREBY RATIFYING AND CONFIRMING all that my said attorney-
in-fact shall lawfully do or cause to be done by virtue hereof shall lawfully do or cause to be
done by virtue hereof and in pursuance of the purposes above-stated.

presents, do hereby name, constitute and appoint IRINEO A. ANARNA and/or ALVIN
RESUELLO, Filipinos, both of legal age, single and married respectively and both with
postal address at No. 4 Madlansacay Street, Barangay Poblacion II, Silang, Cavite to
be my true and lawful Attorney-in-fact, for me and in my name, place and stead to do and
perform the following acts and deeds, to wit;

“To use and take possession, control and supervision of that NISSAN
ALMERA car, with Plate No. NBR-5760 and to maintain the same in good
condition; to pay the monthly amortization at East West Bank; to register
annually the said car with the Land Transportation Office (LTO) as the
registrations fall due and to insure the car with the proper insurance
company”; and to claim for insurance benefits in case a claim thereof arises
out of any damage which the car may sustain;”

 This is to acknowledge that today, December 14, 2019, I,
EVANGELINE RIVERA CRUZ, received the NISSAN ALMERA car, with Plate
No. NBR-5760 from Atty. IRINEO ANARNA, which he bought from me by
virtue of a Deed of Sale with Assumption of Mortgage , but the transaction
did not push through due to some banking concerns.

Thus, I am REVOKING the Special Power of Attorney which I earlier

issued authorizing IRINEO A. ANARNA and/or ALVIN RESUELLO:

“To use and take possession, control and

supervision of that NISSAN ALMERA car, with Plate
No. NBR-5760 and to maintain the same in good
condition; to pay the monthly amortization at East West
Bank; to register annually the said car with the Land
Transportation Office (LTO) as the registrations fall
due and to insure the car with the proper insurance
company”; and to claim for insurance benefits in case
a claim thereof arises out of any damage which the
car may sustain;”

and I will now be responsible to pay all the monthly amortizations at any
East West Bank Branch the sum of SIXTEEN THOUSAND SEVEN
HUNDRED SIXTY ONE PESOS (Php 16,761.00) Philippine Currency, starting
January 2, 2020 until July 2, 2023.

00003966691 and No. 00003966692 each for Php
50,000.00, post-dated February 28, 2020 and March 31,
2020 from Ms. EVANGELINE RIVERA CRUZ, as refund of
the One Hundred Fifty Thousand (Php 150,000.00)
Philippine Currency which I paid to her when I bought her
car by virtue of a Deed of Sale with Assumption of
Mortgage.

EVANGELINE RIVERA CRUZ, which I bought from her by virtue of a Deed
of Sale with Assumption of Mortgage.

I hereby commit myself to pay all the monthly amortizations at

any East West Bank Branch the sum of SIXTEEN THOUSAND SEVEN
HUNDRED SIXTY ONE PESOS (Php 16,761.00) Philippine Currency, starting
December 2, 2019 until July 2, 2023.

On my part, I EVANGELINE RIVERA CRUZ hereby bind and

commit myself to immediately furnish IRINEO ANARNA of any document
or notice sent to me relative to that
NISSAN ALMERA car, with Plate No. NBR-5760
