DEED OF SALE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

That I, JOHN LUIS A. SANTOS, OF LEGAL AGE, Filipino, residing at 115 Cainta St.,
Maypajo, Caloocan City ,as the VENDOR, for a total consideration of the sum (TWENTY-SEVEN
THOUSAND PESOS ONLY (P 27,000.00) to me in installment for 20 weeks, (1,000php a week)
by SHERWIN A. CALIPAYAN of legal age, Filipino, residing at 128 J. Lerma St., Maypajo,
Caloocan as the VENDEE, Vehicle description stated herein under:

That I, Hereby TRANSFER and CONVEY unto the said VENDEE, free from all lien and
encumbrances, whatsoever;

In addition to that the vendee should be responsible for the monthly amortization to the
vendor until its fully paid. Failure to pay the P1000.00 every week for three (3) times
consecutive or non-consecutive, vendor shall have the right to retain at least FIFTY PERCENT
(50%) of the total amortization as liquidated damages and shall merit the forfeiture of the
whole down payment. Refund to be given in 60 days after approval of cancellation request.
VENDOR shall execute the necessary deeds or documents need to completely transfer the
ownership of the subject vehicle in favour to the VENDEE upon full payment of the obligation
to the vendor.

To make, sign, execute, deliver and receive contracts, agreements, document and other writings of whatever
nature or kind, with any and all third persons, government agencies, entities or concerns pertaining to my motor vehicle.

To transact with Motortrade and LTO pertinent to my motor vehicle and perform any act and sign, deliver and
obtain any contract or documents and to perform such other matters as required.

To claim from Motortrade and LTO, the original Official Receipt and Certificate of Registration (issued by LTO)
and to perform any deed which is necessary to completely transfer the ownership of the subject vehicle to the VENDEE.

To do and perform any and all lawful acts necessary for the faithful execution of the foregoing acts and deeds.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING, unto my said Attorney-in-fact full power and authority to do and
perform all and every act and thing whatsoever requisite and necessary to be done as though I am personally present and
hereby ratifying and confirming all that my said attorney-in-fact shall lawfully do or cause to be done by virtue of this
presents.
