INSTALLATION MANUAL RECOMMEND a (Remove)


FORK UPGRADE KIT
Note : Installation should be Done by a Suspension Technician SHAFT ADJUSTER

INSTALLATION MAIN CAP

1. Remove the Fork from the Motorcycle
(Measure how much the forks are through the triple clamp) O-RING

6. Pump the Forks for Bleeding (15-20 times) Piston Rod

2. Yss Fork Spring Preload Adjuster can be Adjusted 1 Turn = 1 mm.
3. Screw in preload in order to alter the ride height and firm up your ride ("H"/"+")
4. Unscrew preload in order to alter the ride height and soften your ride ("S"/"-")
In order to set the correct preload on the valve please follow step below.
• Undo Lock nut “A” few turns in order to allow adjuster bolt “C” to be adjusted
• Undo bolt “C” to the point of 0 load on the spring “B”
• Screw bolt “C” down as per recommendation below
• Do up lock nut “A” while holding bolt “C” to stop it from spinning

Preload Specifications:
• All bikes unless specified below – 1 turn in from point of contact.
• Road Racing – Start at 2 tuns and add more as required
• Heavy cruisers over 250kg - Start at 2 tuns and add more as required
