Drive Installation
1. If removed, install two woodruff keys TDI (P/N 9-
90211-019) on carrier shaft. Verify keys are
properly installed. (See Figure 2.)
2. Install spring between drive cavity and end of
output shaft.

3. Position drive assembly on shaft with retainer set
screw removed.
4. Slide drive assembly over shaft until threaded set
screw hole aligns with set screw hole in shaft. It
may be necessary to push on the top of the drive
assembly to align screw hole.
5. Install set screw.
6. Slip retainer ring into set screw slot. It may be
necessary to turn set screw counterclockwise 1/2
OLD STYLE to 1 revolution for the retainer ring to install
correctly into set screw slot.

Drive Housing Installation

housing is too tight, tap it with a soft mallet. (See
Figure 2.)
Removal of Drive Assembly
1. In loaded spring area of drive, remove retaining
ring from set screw slot. (See Figure 2.)
