 Pay out model created for company, manager, TL, DSA & Freelancers.
 Enhancing data entry template for credit card and personal loan created.
 Attended weekly review meeting with Mr. Sultan & Mr. Mohamed Faris.
 Pay out model modified as advised Mr. Sultan instruction, percentage
changed for company, manager, TL, DSA & Freelancers.
 Discussed with saeed regarding the developments of onboard of
freelancers, Sales Agents to Vladius.
 Identified and segregated DSA seal and handed over to Mr. Habeeb, HR.
 Mail sent to Mr. Anand, Deem Finance for fixing meeting.
 Pay out comparison statement prepared to substantiate that Vladius
variable model offer is more than the fixed salary model.
 Pay out comparison statement sent to Mr. Sultan, Mr. Yunus, Mr. Faris and
Mr. Saeed.
 Fixed Salary strategy prepared to explain and compare the benefits in the
gross margin and the same is addressed to Mr. Sultan and Mr. Yunus.
 The above strategy sent to Mr. Yunus for his review.
 Full and final settlement documents and vouchers made to the following

and information.
 Scanned copy of signed-off visa charges deduction vouchers sent to Mr.
Yunus.
