Dear Ms. Gretchen,

I am writing to notify you of my formal resignation from my job duties as CAD Operator
at Corner Plane Construx Inc., effective today July 20, 2023. I am sorry that I have decided to
take a break due to travel distance to work and unanticipated scope of work. Due to far location
of workplace that I never expected to be, I am spending almost 2 hrs. of my time and took 4 rides
of commute from home to site and vice versa. Unfortunately, this cost is too high for me and this
is also affecting my health. I would like to seek alternative employment that is closer to my
home.

I would like to thank you for giving me an opportunity to experience being acting Project
in Charge in Oton, however after careful consideration I realized that the scope of work was not
what I anticipated. I would like to explore other opportunities and pursue my interest. Despite of
these circumstances, I have been able to learn new ideas and abilities that I wouldn’t have been
able to gather independently. I sincerely appreciate your kindness and chances to be able to learn
with this great team and great company.

Thank you so much for the support you’ve given me during my time here; I apologized
for any inconvenience my departure may cause you. I wish you all the best in finding the right
candidate for the role.
