Reference: 1. Your letter No. ECPL/187/APMSIDC-NARSAPURAM/2021/457 Dated:

04/08/2021.

Vide above reference the scrutiny of structural designs and drawings of building of
Dharamsala & Canteen, Engineering Services Block, Guest House, Shopping Complex,
Mortuary, Drug Store, Hospital Kitchen, Laundry, Medical Gas Plant and Power House
have been carried out. The approval is subjected to following,

1. The quality & grade of concrete should be maintained at site.

2. Test the piles frequently to ascertain the strength.
3. Structural design and drawing has been checked on the basis of accepted analysis and
design principles, relevant IS codes and also based on the data submitted by you. VNIT
will not be responsible for any consequences due to incorrectness of data or due to
circumstances beyond the control of VNIT.

In view of the above, design and drawings may be generally accepted. Copies of designs &
drawings duly approved are returned herewith.
