The graph below illustrates data about the rate of people in four age groups who went to the cinema at
least once a month in a paticular country over a 30 years period , from 1978 to 2008.
Overall, what stands out from the graph is that all four age group follow a similar trend throughout the
period , beginning with an intinial drop over the first 10 years, followed by a 10-year increase, after which
most groups slightly declined again over the following 10-year period.

Looking at the details, from 1978 to 1983,the youngest group(14-24) was underwent a slight drop from
nearly 92% to 90%. Moreover, the figure was witnessed a modest fall between 1998 to 2003.If we look at
the group age 25 to 34, in 1978 the rate witnessed the most significant decline, dropping from 80% to 60%.
Following this ,the figure was underwent a period a stability between 1998 and 2003.

Subsequently, from 1988 to 1998, the group age( 35-49) was saw a dramatic jump from 60% to 80%.
With respect to the oldest group (50+), there was a steady soar in 1998,with 50% to 52%.
