Coastal Vulnerability Mapping and analysis using QGIS, co-organised by the Indian National Centre for

As opted by you in your application for the course, you are requested to make your own arrangements toward
travel and others to attend the course. You may be provided accommodation and food at nominal rates as
per ITCOOcean norms and a room will be blocked for you at our Guest House ‘INCOIS Atal Atithi
Griha Guest House’, ITCOO, INCOIS, Hyderabad - 90.

Agreeing to the above, you are kindly requested to confirm your participation in the course urgently,
at the latest by October 15, 2023 by email (itcoocean@incois.gov.in). Further information on the course
will be sent only after the confirmation is received.

We recommend you to immediately start arrangements for obtaining a visa for India, for which you can use
this letter. We request you to contact the Indian Embassy / High Commission in your country to obtain the
appropriate visa for your travel to India.
