    Respected Authorities,

    The team consisting of Vedant Maske (2020 060) and Vaishvik kare (2020 048), and Arjun
    Kapur (2021009) will be participating in the 3rd AZB-GLC National ADR Triathlon, to be
    held from 24th to 26th September 2022.

    The college administration, student affairs, ADR Society and the faculty in charge of the
    ADR Society have approved this competition.

    In light of this, the team requests the authorities to grant preparatory leave of 3 days for the
    following dates:
    1. 21st to 23rd February, 2023

    The team also requests the authorities to grant deemed attendance to the team for the same on
    the following dates:

    1. 21st to 23rd February, 2023 (preparatory leave)


    2. 24th to 26th September, 2023 (competition dates)

    We request that the authorities to consider and approve our application kindly.
