Dear Candidate,
The Fourteenth Convocation of JSS Academy of Higher Education & Research (JSSAHER),
Mysuru is scheduled to be held on 20th November 2023 at 11.00 AM, at JSSAHER Campus.
All the eligible candidates, and the Gold Medalists/Awardees are invited to be present
“in-person” at the Convocation ceremony.
Application for admittance to the convocation is available on the website. You are requested
to download the same and forward the duly completed form through the Head of your
institution in case it is not already done. The last date for the receipt of application
through the respective colleges/departments is 31st October 2023. Applications received
after the due date will not be considered.
All ‘In-Person’ candidates are hereby informed to comply strictly with the following schedule:

Please Note:
a) Reporting time for the convocation ceremony & group photo session on 20th Nov 2023 is
10.00 AM at the venue (JSSAHER Campus, Sri Shivarathreeshwara Nagara, Mysuru).
b) Academic dress to candidates will be issued ONLY on 19th November 2023. The Academic
dress shall be personally collected by all ‘in-person” candidates. Please note that the
Academic dress distribution counters will close at 5.00 PM on 19th Nov 2023 and there
will be no Academic Dress distribution on 20th November 2023.
c) Academic dress is mandatory for the convocation ceremony & photo session.
d) All PhD Awardees and Gold Medalists/Awardees will be presented with their
certificates/medals on the stage. The Degree Certificates to all other candidates will be
issued in the Certificate Distribution Counters after the convocation ceremony.
e) Lunch is arranged on 20th November 2023.
Your parents/family members are cordially invited to attend the convocation. Click HERE to

admitted ‘in-person’ for the convocation.
