CHANGE OF 2023 GRADUATION CEREMONY DATE

6 DECEMBER 2023
The University would like to advise all 2023 Graduands that the Gradua on
Ceremony that had been scheduled for Thursday 7 December 2023 has been
moved to Wednesday 6 December 2023. Any inconvenience caused is sincerely
regre ed.

Graduands should note the following:

Date: Wednesday 6 December 2023
Venue: NUST Sports Field
Rehearsals: Rehearsals will be held on Tuesday 5 December 2023 commencing
at 1000 hours at the NUST Sports Field. All Graduands must a end the
Rehearsals.
Academic Dress: Only Graduands in the approved NUST Academic Dress will be
allowed to take part in the Gradua on Ceremony.
Gradua on Fee: The Gradua on fee must be paid by 24 November 2023.
Outstanding Fees Balances: Graduands with outstanding fees are advised to
clear their balances by 24 November 2023.
Guests: Each Graduand may invite a maximum of two guests. Admission to the
Gradua on Ceremony will be strictly by invita on. Please bring your invita on
cards.
Gradua on Ceremony: Graduands and Guests should be seated by 0830 hours.
Meals and Refreshments: A er the Ceremony, Graduands and their Guests will
be served lunch.
