Subject: Kasadyaan Schedule and Final Examination

I hope this memo finds you well. I would like to inform you of a necessary adjustment to the academic
schedule due to the upcoming Kasadyaan Festival and University Year End events.

Considering the various festivities scheduled from December 6 to December 9, 2023, Classes are
suspended in ALL MAJOR SUBJECTS on December 6, 2023, for the presentation of candidates and Talent
competition for Hara, the opening of Kasadyaan Festival 2023 and Gabii sa Pasundayag on December 7, 2023,
Hara sa FU 2024 on December 8, 2023, and the Alumni Homecoming and Parada on December 9, 2023.

To ensure that both academic and extracurricular activities can be enjoyed without any compromise,
we propose the rescheduling of the final examinations to avoid conflicts with the university-wide
celebrations.

Therefore, the final examinations for Criminology students will be moved to December 13-14, 2023.
This adjustment aims to provide all students the opportunity to participate fully in the Year End events
without the stress of academic obligations.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter. The rescheduled examination
dates will be communicated through your respective instructors, and any concerns or conflicts can be
addressed through the department office.
