NOTICE
DEGREE DISTRIBUTION CEREMONY
All the alumni who passed the final year of graduation or post-graduation in the academic year
2021-22 are informed that their degree certificates will be distributed on Saturday, 1st April 2023
at Mahakavi Kalidas Natya Mandir, P.K. Road, Mulund (W).
The interested students shall pay INR 300/- as the registration fee for attending the ceremony.
The payment link will be activated and sent on the registered mobile number of the alumni at
12:30 PM on Friday, 24th March 2022. The link will be closed after the first 600 registrations,
which may happen within an hour. No one will be entertained in this regard after the seats are
full.
The list of received certificates has already been shared by the respective programme
coordinator. Only the students whose names appear in the shared list shall register for the
ceremony. The registration fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.
The registered students shall report at the venue at 8:45 AM on 1st April, 2023. The ceremony
would end with refreshments at 1:00 PM. The attendees would be receiving the robes for the
ceremony which they need to return in the same condition before leaving the auditorium.
Damaged or lost robe will have to be compensated. The dress code for the ceremony would be
Indian or Western Formals in Black & White colour combination. A separate form will be floated
for registering the names of parents who wish to attend the ceremony.
Detailed instructions of the ceremony will be circulated by the programme coordinators within a
week’s time. Kindly comply with instructions to avoid inconveniences.
