NOTICE
DEGREE DISTRIBUTION CEREMONY

The final list of registered attendees of the Degree Distribution Ceremony, to be held on
1.4.2023, can be accessed here: https://bit.ly/3nfDdEC . The attendees shall find out their
token number. Each token number will be assigned a seat. The degrees will be distributed
in the same order as mentioned in the list. The attendees must be strictly dressed in
Western/Indian formals in White/ Black & White.
The entry for the attendees will remain open from 8:15 AM to 8:45 AM. The attendees
will be given robes at the reception desk. They need to wear it and occupy the allotted
seat. No attendee will be allowed to enter after 8:45 AM. The attendees can leave the
hall only at the end of the ceremony (at 1:00 PM). The attendees will be given
refreshment box at the desk where they will be returning the robes. Everyone’s
cooperation is expected in immediately vacating the hall at the end of the programme.
Attendees can be accompanied by one parent. Register the accompanying parent by
filling up this form: - https://forms.gle/EUVeN9z2g7jPYKMt6. The first 600 registrations
will be allowed to attend. The list will be shared by 31st March 2023.The entry for parents
will be open from 8:15 AM to 9:30 AM. The ceremony will start at 10:00 AM.
Everyone must carry a water bottle. The water dispensers are installed at the venue. We
will not be generating plastic waste for drinking water.
