Dear Students,
Fourth Convocation of the MIT Art, Design and Technology University, Pune
was held on 9th January 2022 for the batches passed out in May/June and backlog
in Nov/Dec 2021 and Degrees were conferred on the graduates and Gold Medals,
Rank Certificates and Degree Certificates were distributed to the Gold Medalists and
Rank holders only, as there was ban for gathering more than 200 people at a time in
one place, due to 3rd wave of Covid-19.
Degree Certificates, which could not be distributed in the convocation of the
University are generally sent by post. However, convocation being striking and
memorable event in the life of the students, University feels and there are demands
from students too to hold the function for distribution of degree certificates.
In the above circumstances, University is organizing Degree Distribution
Ceremony of the Fourth Convocation on Saturday, 14th May 2022 at 03:00 pm in the
Sant Dnyaneshwar World Peace Dome, Vishwaraj Baug, Loni Kalbhor Pune.
Degree Distribution Ceremony will be presided over by Hon’ble
Prof. (Dr.) Mangesh Karad, Executive President and Vice Chancellor, MIT Art, Design
and Technology University, Pune. Degree Certificates will be distributed at the
auspicious hands of Chief Guest, Executive President and Vice chancellor, Deans of
the Faculties and Directors of the Schools.
It is mandatory to all the students coming for Degree Distribution Ceremony to
register themselves at the counters arranged at the Sant Dnyaneshwar World Peace
Dome. Registration will start at 01:00 pm and be closed by 02:30 pm.
All Students, their parents and audience attending the Degree Distribution Ceremony
are required to occupy their seats at 02:30 pm.

Dress Code for Students: Students attending the Degree Distribution Ceremony
should be in dress code.
Boys: Off-white-Pearl Kurta and Chudidar Payjama
Girls: Off-white-Pearl Colour Saree / Salwar Kurta.
Identity Proof: Students attending the Degree Distribution Ceremony should bear
the Photo-identity with them for getting the degree certificate.
Dinner: Arrangements of Dinner for the students and their parents are made at the
degree distribution ceremony place.
