Poster Presentation Report

Objective: The objective of the poster presentation was to showcase recent innovations and
advancements in various domains of computer science, highlighting their significance and
potential impact on technology and society.

Event Date & Time : 01st April 2024 & 11.00 AM to 1.00 PM
Venue : Room No. 307, Drawing Hall, South Block, BRECW

Poster Presentation was conducted as a part of JIJNASA-24 which is a National Level

technical fest conducted at Bhoj Reddy Engineering College from 1 st April 2024 to 2nd April
2024 from 9.30 AM to 4.30 PM.
Poster Presentation was scheduled on 1 st April 2024. The event was started with registrations
followed by Inaugural session at RAC Auditorium with the Guests Invited. After the
Inaugural Session, participants arranged their posters at allocated spaces and we invited Dr
Jayasree Hanumantha Rao, Professor in IT, MVSR Engineering College as an External
judge. Ms.Tasneem Rahath, Asst. Professor, IT, Bhoj Reddy Engineering College for Women
and Ms.V.Dhana Laxmi, HoF, MBA, Bhoj Reddy Engineering College for Women.
Total of 82 students with 41 batches have been participated in the event. Poster
Presentation event was conducted in Information Technology (IT) Domains. The event
started with presentations with an introduction to various domains within Information
Technology, including artificial intelligence, machine learning, cybersecurity, data science,
software engineering, and computer networks.

Inauguration of Poster presentation event was done by External judge Dr.JayaShree, MVSR
Engineering College with HOD & IT faculty.

Visual Presentation: The posters are visually appealing and well-organized, with clear
graphics, diagrams, and charts to illustrate key concepts and data. Color schemes and
typography were chosen to enhance readability and attract attention.
Audience Engagement: The presenter actively engaged with the audience, inviting questions

and discussions to foster interaction and deeper

understanding. Technical concepts were explained clearly, and additional insights were
provided based on audience inquiries.

Selection of the poster: Selections of Best posters are done on different parameters like Title
of the poster, Topic Quality, Body Language, Presenting and answering Queries, Design of
the Poster. We have taken inputs from assigned two internal judges along with external judge
of other college and combined the results and announced the winners and runners.
