Circular
It is to inform you that 51st Convocation of the Institute is scheduled to be held in second
week of January, 2024. During the Convocation Diploma / Certificates will be distributed to the
students passed out during the academic session 2020-21 to 2022-23, from the Institute. On this
occasion, eligible students will also be awarded with Gold medals, Cash prizes and other awards.
Further, it is also informed that for attending the Convocation, the dress code will be
traditional attire and students (Boy) are required to wear white Shirt, Blue / Black Pant and Coat
and students (Girl) are required to wear White / Cream Suite and Blue / Black sweater. Pagri and
Uttariya shall be provided by the Institute.
Accordingly, you are required to meet the undersigned along with a copy of your final year
mark sheet at 11:30 Hrs. on one day prior to the date of convocation. The date of convocation will
be announced very soon. Accordingly, alumni of the institute are instructed to keep visiting the
official website of the institute i.e. https://nsi.gov.in and other official social media accounts for
the regular updates in this regard.
