Dear Parents,
Kindly note the following:
1. The New Id Card for the session 2023-24 will be handed over to the students on
Thursday, 22nd June 2023 after taking back their old ID card. So please ensure that your
child wears the old id card to school.
2. In case of loss of ID/Escort Card of any students, please send a letter positively on
Thursday stating the same and signed by BOTH parents.
3. On Friday, 23rd June 2023, please keep the New ID card at home and send the child
with old escort card inside a sealed envelope to be handed over to the class teacher.
4. The New Escort Card will be handed over to the student only after receiving the Old
Escort Card.
5. The New ID Card (kept back at home on 23th June 2023) will be used as the Escort Card
for pick up only on that day.
6. Please ensure that you follow all the above instructions for the smooth transition of the
ID and the escort cards.
