author’s views are not adequately expressed in the article. The analytical points made by
the author are mentioned in brief and not elaborated upon adequately.
 FOOTNOTING: Few of the footnotes have formatting errors; other than that author has
followed the citation style and has the right punctuation.

 NOVELTY: the author has attempted to understand the nature of payment aggregators
concerning traditional banks, understand the reasoning behind the regulatory framework
put forth by the RBI and the affixation of liability in transactions involving payment
aggregators.
 COHERENCE: The article is coherent
 GRAMMAR: the sentence formation, punctuation and basic grammar is flawed in various
parts of the article.

 RESEARCH: the sources used are credible writers and sites for reference, the author has
mainly referred to research articles and reports released by reliable authorities in the
footnotes as well as in the bibliography at the end.
 STRUCTURE: The article is following the right trajectory throughout. The structure is very
logical in its approach, and each preceding paragraph gives readers the explanations that
one can have to require for the consequent paragraph and concept. The chapters are
divided in a coherent manner and division is done based on the trajectory of the case,
which is one of the best approaches for a research article.
 RELEVANCE: This article tries to understand the operation of payment aggregators in the
context of existing banking regulations and the existing liability affixed to them.
Additionally, understand the importance of such intermediaries in new economies such as
India.
