Sub:- Requesting 25 buses for students for VCCI Expo 2023

scheduled from 27th to 30th Jan.

Dear Sir,

VADODARA CHAMBER OF COMMERCE & INDUSTRY (VCCI) in association

with Western India’s Best Private University, PARUL UNIVERSITY, is
organising a world class event VCCI EXPO - 2023 at Navlakhi Ground,
Vadodara from 27th - 30th January 2023. VCCI Expo 2023 is being
supported by the Industry Commissionerate, Government of Gujarat along with
650+ eminent Industries and 30+ Industry Associations.

Parul University being the Knowledge Partner at this mega event, we would like
to request you to grant us the permission for taking 1200 students for each
day by buses from 27 Jan to 30 Jan 2023. For taking 1200 students we
require 25 buses in total (50 students per bus).

Kindly do the needful.
