Subject: Request for assistance in arranging Transportation from KUSOM to KU Central

Dear Sir,
I am writing to request your assistance in arranging transportation for a group of MBA students
from the 2022 fall batch to travel to Central Campus, Kathmandu University in Dhulikhel for a
presentation set by Dr. Achyut Wagle under the course "Business Environment in Nepal".
Our presentation is scheduled to take place at Central Campus, Kathmandu University on 24th
January, 2023.The presentation is an essential part of our coursework and will be graded as a part
of our overall assessment.
Given the distance between KUSOM and Central Campus, Kathmandu University, we would
require transportation to and from KUSOM premises. We would be extremely grateful if you
could arrange for a bus to take us to Dhulikhel on the day of the presentation and bring us back
to KUSOM premises.
Bus will move from KUSOM at: 8:00 AM
Please let us know if there is any additional information you require from us, and we will be
happy to provide it.
