Sub: Invitation tovisit MNNIT Allahabad (India) to deliver GlAN approved course on 'Industrial
Aerodynamics-2023" during 28 Aug. - 2 Sept. 2023

Dear Prof. Alam,

lam pleased to inform you that your course proposal on "Industrial & Vehicle Aerodynamics: ANew Frontier
for India 's Economic Prosperity, Energy Security and Sustainable Environment" has been approved by the Global
Initiative of Academic Networks (GIAN)- aMoE, Govt. of India (Gol) initiative and the course brochure is
now displayed on the GIAN website. The course is scheduled to start from 28 August2023 and will
continue till 2September 2023.

The GIAN would pay you to-and-fro travel (including transit stay in hotel and local conveyance, if
required) subjected to the submission of actual bills and boarding passes. The to-and-fro fight tickets and
transit hotels bookings may please be done at your end and the amount would be reimbursed to you after
the delivery of the course. The local hospitality will be arranged by us at the Executive Development
Centre located in the MNNIT campus. 1, therefore, request you to please complete the ticketing/hotel
booking etc. and share the travel itinerary with us.
I also request you to please send us power point presentation slides and other reading/supplementary
materials for circulation among the registered participants of the course which is necessary as per the
GIAN guidelines.
