In line with the Subject ME 3271 Plant Visits/on-the-Job training for ME, a requirement of the
Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering Program as a mandate from the commission on Higher
Education (CHED), students will have to undergo International Internship and Local on the job training.
Students will have a fieldtrip to Malaysia, where you will have the opportunity to visit power plants
related to mechanical engineering. We believe that this trip will be a valuable learning experience for all
of you, and we strongly encourage you to participate.

Local internship (OJT) with 250 hours on the job training in the following sites;

TEXAS INSTRUMENTS
PHILEX MINING CORP
CIP POWER CORP
HOLCIM CORP
 The university will provide the hotel, food and essentials for the students while undergoing
internship, student must pay a total of ₱ 80, 000 to be paid before the day of deployment.

International Internship with 7 days to undergo Plant visit at Kuala Lumpur Malaysia
These are the following site that will be visited: EXXON MOBIL, REERACOEN MALAYSIA, ROYAL
SELNAGOR INTERNATIONAL, GE GAS POWER, PETRON MALAYSIA, PASONA MALAYSIA, ROSEN ASIA
PACIFIC, MALAYSIA AIRLINE, and MEDIVEST SDN.

The university will organized the plane tickets, hotel, travel fare, food and essentials for the
students must pay a total of ₱ 167, 000 due on MAY 29, 2023
