Admission Notice : P.G. Diploma in Archaeology One Year under Self-financing Scheme for
the Session 2022-23
Kurukshetra University, Kurukshetra (Category-I University) invites online applications for
admission to P.G. Diploma in Archaeology One Year with intake of 40 seats being run under Self-
financing Scheme in the Department of Ancient Indian History, Culture & Archaeology,
Kurukshetra University, Kurukshetra for the session 2022-23. Hand Book of Information (HBI-22)
is available on the University Website. The Application Form can be filled up online through
University website: www.kuk.ac.in alongwith online application fee of Rs.800/- (Rs.200/- for
SC/BC/- Differently Abled candidates of Haryana) w.e.f. 17.08.2022. Last date for submission of
online Application Form is 10.09.2022. Application form other than online mode will not be
accepted. Procedure for submission of online application form and uploading of all the relevant
documents and testimonials alongwith their application form has been given in Chapter-7.
Schedule of display of first, second, third & final list of selected candidates, admission fee and seat
matrix are as per Annexure-I.
Eligibility: Graduation with minimum 40% marks.

ADMISSION SCHEDULE : P.G. DIPLOMA IN ARCHAEOLOGY

First, Second, Third and Final lists of P.G. Diploma in archaeology will be displayed as per the following
schedule :

List for Additional/Supernumerary Seats 18.10.2022 at 10.00 hrs. 20.10.2022 till 23:59 hrs.

Commencement of classes will be from 27.09.2022

After the Third List, the interested applicants who are otherwise eligible and whose names either have not
appeared in any of the list(s) or have appeared in the list but failed to deposit their dues, must mark their
attendance online by paying fee of Rs.100/- on the admission portal as per following schedule:

(iii) Admission with late fee of Rs.1000/- 29.10.2022 to 31.10.2022
(iv) Last cut off date for admission is 31.10.2022 and no admission will be made thereafter.
