    I. Winter Formal:THEME NIGHT UNDER THE STARS


    ****(Formal DJ Approval) Dj approved by Ms. Ochoa on April 12, 2023
    - Mia contact dj for upgrade options and costs
    - Mia books photographer for december 2nd
    - Ms. Ochoa will do maintenance and facility request
    - Will ask for black triangles to be moved
    - Will update maintenance requests once cost and research for decor is
    complete. (fight net to hang balloon or stars) `
    - Decoration: colors(silver black royal purple royal blue
    - Dilawar P.O: Decor()Fishnet,balloons)
    - Camden - Publicity:promote dress code( if they don't follow dress code they
    can’t enter), invitations, formal account

    II. Homecoming
    A. Lip sync- mp3-spencer - Emme to do
    B. Dilawar to do : P.O. For Handouts(leis, beads) decor (bottom of window
    lemonade stand hula skins, float(cardboard) balloons) spirit items for lip
    sync items(beach balls, pom poms)
