​ l. Executive Board Member: Gracie

A. Board Meetings-
- October 12th: Elementary school presentation, talked about activities such
as jog-a-thon
- November 9th: students returning to school protocols and Improvement in
high school.
B. Clubs- Plan club committee meeting and multi-culture club blanket donation for homeless
C. Student council budget : $ 2,613. 18

ll. Administrative Coordinator: Abby

A. Fall fest: helped with door and truck decoration theme: pink out
B. Dude be nice: sign the Patel and wrote a dad joke card
C. Balloons: Blew up balloons with asb to put up in front of the school
D. Freshmen Budy: Hailey
- Took her to he classes
- Showed her around
- Overall just Helped whenever she needed it

lll. Vice president: Kate

A. Wonderful Wednesday- student spotlights
- Students who have made an impact or are involved in school
- Changes it up every week, Freshmen, sophomore, junior, and senior back
to school focusing more on in person.
B. Dude be nice- Dad joke card for Perez and sign Patel.
C. Evolve: Instagram chain- what is unique about Ripon high and tag three people

lV. President Niki

A. Trip- Have been discussing the senior trip, ideas, and solutions
B. Dude be nice-
- Card, Patle, and football for the big reveal
 C. Gratitude- Gratitude video with freshmen, post on Instagram
D. Fall Fest- Pumpkins and live streams for candidate revel

V. Senior Vice President: Zoe

A. Reports back to Brenden since he can’t be in class
B. Senior Gift: Mural
- Working on it with Morty, the cost is 6,000, Mural on the side of D building
C. Class apparel:
- Had a few extras and handed out shirts during the fall fest drive-through.

D. Fall Fest: Decorate door and trucks

E. Senior: Budget $10,087. 21

Vl. Junior President: Naomi

A. Fall fest: Helped with the halloween goodie bags
- Sold 33 goodie bags in total.
B. Dude be nice:
- Worked on decorating chair with Avery and Anthony
- Worked on balloon arch
C. Budget: Juniors: 6,281 93 cents

Vll. Sophomore president: Makenzie

A. Fall fest:
- the theme is pink out for breast cancer awareness
- Decorated door and truck
B. Class t-shirts
- Sold 60 shirts and some during a drive-through
C. Coin wars: Make a meeting with Pendleton to discuss coin wars and plan for it
D. Sophomores budget: $3,873.40

Vll. Freshman Representative: Spencer

A. Fall fest: Split freshmen into 2 groups
- One group would decorate the truck
- The other group would decorate the door
B. Dude be nice: All freshmen chose dad joke card and signed patels
C. Gratitude video: were filmed reading three cards to others thanking them
D. Evolve challenge:
E. Freshmen budget: $2,147.80

Vlll. Rally commissioners/spirit : Laila, Gianna, and Bryan

A. Made creative club rush video
 B. Filmed Multicultural, bug, debate HPV, and math clubs
C. Worked on class events such as dude be nice and fall fest
D. Bryan:
- First spirits day college day and red and white
- Fall fest publicity many people voted

lX. Public relations: Natalie

A. Fall fest:
- Got the master list for social media post
- Posted the evolve challenge
- Kept records of every post
- Helped sophomore class decorate

X. Athletics: Anthony
A. No sport, conditioning got canceled.
B. Hopes to do some sort of competition; dodgeball, spikeball?
C. Worked on dude be nice card for Perez

Xl. Technology: Derek

A. Fall Fest:
- Recorded candidate revel for fall fest
- Fall fest drive through the sound system
B. Dude be nice:
- Sound system during dude be nice
- Record the dude be nice to revel She will begin to work with leaderships

Xll. Renaissance: Gabby and Lydia

A. Still discussing what will they do with renaissance need to talk to Rangel
B. Asked link crew to wear shirts for the first day of school
C. Talked to freshmen and welcomed them
XlV. Morty:
A. Video and scrapbook ideas: My intent, teachers door sign, Club rush videos,
class t-shirt, first drive-through, fall fest, dude be nice, candidate pictures,
SuperFan, Welcome back sign.
B. Dress up day: student senate warm and fuzzy week and peer assistance dress up
- Need to figure out dates
C. Final: Volunteering or giving tree
