A. Roll Call of Attendees: Andrea Didenko, Stephanie Arenas, Lynette Cima-Potts, Sandy Kawa, Elizabeth Hummrich, Ana

B. Treasurer Report: $5924.00

C. President Report:
a. Walk-a-thon Leaders: Linsey Wanderski, Laura Jakubowski, Elizabeth Hummrich, Laura Shraw
b. Whippur Store Leaders - Bonnie Kraft and Annalisa Haaksma
i. Talked about restocking the store and when to shop.
c. New Treasurer - Sandy Kawa
i. Sandy is working on the IRS stuff and getting us in good standing,
ii. Also getting us squared away with the tax exempt status
iii. Looking into Amazon Smile to raise funds
d. Student Council - York and Sutton
i. Agreed to supply us with volunteers to sell the grams.
e. Candy Grams and Boo Gram Leaders - Sandy Kawa and Amy Nell
i. Boog Gram Sample shown
ii. Create a signup genius for volunteer to build the boo grams and help the students sell them at lunch
f. TA Leader - Stephanie Arenas
i. Teacher appreciation is May 6-10
ii. Have a group of 4 people to assist (Sandy, Ana, Colleen, Amy)
iii. Reaching out to helpers for theme ideas
g. Display case - Elizabeth Hummrich and Amy Nell
i. Fall looks great and they are working on the Winter theme for the next case display
ii. Will be doing a seasonal display
h. VPs are good for Duct Tape, Pie in the Face or Water Balloons!
i. Pie in the face and water balloons may be potential stations for walkathon

D. Committee Updates:
a. Dine and share
i. 10/11 Louie Angelo’s - South Elgin - 4 to 9pm
ii. 10/28 Panda Express - Huntley - All day
b. Spirit Wear
i. 91 orders were placed
ii. Profit $717.63
iii. Handing on Wednesday morning 10/19
c. Walk-a-thon - Possibly May 10th
i. More info next meeting
ii. Get list of available rentals from the district
