i. Student Venues Council
Doing great this semester. Chesters has been going great. Working with
Common Exchange to bring them under the umbrella. Working to expand the bar
in Chesters, will come for budget extension--it shouldnt be too much. Having an
outside business come into Chesters. Having a board name night with a Gordon
employee--this is SVCs first event so theyre excited to expand. Next semester
they are working on a coffee and culture event with ISO once a month to
showcase international students through coffee and tea. Working on what to do
with the space opposite the Common Exchange. Working on autonomy and
getting the Chesters couch back.
ii. Advocates for Cultural Diversity
Been working hard on events the last couple weeks, ReMo, the Caleb McKoy
Concert, Makers documentary, Dear White People viewing, and discussion
groups. All have been well attended.
VI. Unfinished Business and General Orders
VII. New Business
i. Freshman Class Worship Night, Nathan Burgett
Total of $30 for posters, sheet music, and nametags. It will cost $50 for CTS
people. So Amended $80 total out of the rep initiative budget

VIII. Representative Initiatives
Nathanael: They are looking for volunteers for the blood drive on the 17th from 10am4pm.
Jamie: Sophomore class worship night has been approved. December 2nd at 8pm
IX. Presidents Notes, Henry Hagen
Follow up on parking, met yesterday with administration. Sophomores will be moving but
it is unclear if it will be after Christmas break.
