to 4 for 11.11.2020.

Mr. Aman Bahri, Addl. A.G., Haryana accepts notice on

behalf of respondents No. 1 to 3.

So far as notice to other respondents can wait.

In the meanwhile, learned counsel for the State to file

affidavit of the Deputy Commissioner, District Panipat stating why the

order dated 23.11.2016 passed by District Revenue Officer-cum-

Collector, 1st Grade Panipat in case No. 86/7/VCLA/DRO, which was

confirmed in an appeal proceedings in case No. 14/DC of Collector,

Panipat vide order dated 11.10.2017 and again reconfirmed in revision

case No. ER-373/2017 vide order dated 07.12.2018 is not given effect to

till today, should be explained in detail by filing an affidavit within two

weeks from today.
