Petition under Anide 226 of the Constitution of lndia praying that in the
circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to
issue an appropriate writ order or direction, more particularly, one in the nature of writ of
Mandamus declaring the proceeding in File No. C/863/2019 dt.0410112020, issued by
the 3rd respondent as illegal, unjust, unsustainable and Violative of Principles of Natural
Justice and consequently, set aside the same;

lA NO: 1 OF 2021:

Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated
in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to stay all
further proceedings, pursuant to issue of proceedings in File No. C/863/2019 dt.
04.01.2020, bythe3'drespondent,pendingdisposal of WP10872 of 2021 ,onthefileof
the High Court.

The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Petition and the
affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of SRI POTTIGARI
SRIDHAR REDDY Advocate for the Petitioners and GP FOR REVENUE for the
Respondents 1 to 4, the Court made the following.
ORDER:

Learned counsel for the petitioners is directed to take out notice to the
respondents 5 to 7 through RPAD and file proof of service in the Registry,
returnable by 01.07.2021.
Post on 01.07 .2021 .
There shall be interim suspension, as prayed for, valid till 15.09.2021.
