WHEREAS the Petitioners above named through their Advocate


M/s E. MADAN IMOHAN RAO presented this Petition under Article 226 of the
Constitution of lndia praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed
therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue an appropriate Writ, order, or
direction, more particularly, one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action
of respondents in keeping the land belonging to the petitioners being an extent of
Acs.9-00 in Sy.No.280 of Maheshwaram Village and Mandal of Ranga Reddy District, in
the webland register/prohibitory list as wakf land, being maintained by the 5th
respondent, as illegal, contrary to the provisions of the Registration Act and
consequently direct the 5th respondent-to delete the extent of.Acs.9-00 in Sy.No.280 of
Maheshwaram Village and Mandal of Ranga Reddy District, belonging to the
petitioners, from the webland register/prohibitory list, being maintained by the 5th
respondent by receiving the saleidocuments,'a s per the provisions of the Registration
Act, in the interest of justice.

AND WHEREAS the High Court upon perusing the petition and affidavit
filed herein and upon hearing the arguments of M/s E. MADAN MOHAN RAO, Advocate
for the Petitioners, directed issue of notice to the Respondents herein returnable by
three (3) weeks to show cause as to why this WRIT PETITION should not be admitted.

You viz:

2. The District Collector, Ranga Reddy District, Lakadikapul, Hyderabad.
