that in the circurnstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be
pleased to issue a Writ, Order or Direction particularly one in the nature of Writ of
Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents No. 1 to 4 in not approving the application
of tlie petitioner vide application No. CI2300031071, dated.27.06.2023, by entering the court

Article 14, lg and 300-A o[ the Constitution of India and violation of principles of natural
