PROJECT 3: WEBSITE DEVELOPMENT

MULTIMEDIA SYSTEMS AND APPLICATIONS (ECE551)

Group Project (20%)

1. Design Website (10%)

You are proposed to develop a WEBSITE and to publish on a free domain. Imagine that the
duration of the project is 3 months where you have to present a proper Project
Implementations Plan by following the listed criteria.

a. Design and develop a website using any website template for example using
Adobe Dreamweaver, Wixsite or other website template.
b. Theme: A Finance Company profile.
c. The Website must include all information listed
i. Design (Technical)
• At least five menus. (Home, About Us, Services, Projects, Contact)
• Creative banners
• One interactive advertisement/ animation.
• Hypertext and hypermedia. (makes links to another website)
• Use five elements of multimedia (text, graphic, sound, video, animation).
ii. Project Plan must include on the website under About Us menu.
• Member’s profile
• Organizations Structure.
• Project Gantt chart.
iii. Published on free domain at such as https://www.000webhost.com/ or other
recognize free domain.

2. Presentation (5%)
a. Group presentation from all members in the group on the design and technical
development of the website.
b. Group presentation will be held on 7th January 2023 at 10.30 am via MS Teams.

3. Website Report (5%)

A report format on technical development of the website. Maximum 6 Pages.

4. Submission Project
Due date for submission Project 3 report is on 11th January 2023.
